Outstanding sales experience

We drove in from Toledo, over 2 hours, to see a certain car that we saw on the internet. We called ahead and the sales manager said it was still there. When we arrived we found out the car had been sold. We were very disappointed, but that's were our bad experience turned around. Peter, the sales manager felt genuinely bad and made every attempt to find us a car. We did go there to look at two cars and they did still have the second car. There was no rush or pressure. The sales person Mimi, spent a lot of time with us answering all our questions, and taking care of any of our needs. We were treated like we were buying a new Cadillac and not a used car. In the end we bought the car, and Peter is still looking for the another car for us. We hope he finds it so we can drive in again. Peter wanted to have our car checked over again by the mechanic, and offered to have the car driven out to our home the next day, which we accepted. We had an outstanding sales experience, and we would, and hope to buy another car from Classic Cadillac, so we can drive over again.
