My salesperson, David Persaud and the business manager, Frank Raniilo, both understand what it takes to sell a luxury vehicle... make your customer feel like the most important person in the room and give them what they want. I will continue to come back to Pepe as long as they continue to give me exceptional service.

Having my Cadillac serviced at Sarant couldn't be easier. They don't have a swanky waiting room like you find at some other luxury car dealerships, but every employee there truly makes you feel like a valued customer, from the service manager to the custodial staff.
Always a pleasure at mahwah. Service is outstanding, the service reps are very knowledgeable and accomendating. Waiting area is comfortable. Service loaners are given when needed. Recently had tires installed and a wheel alignment done also oil change and transmission service all done in a timely matter. I wouldn't go to any other cadillac dealer.
The sole reason to use a particular Dealership Service Department is simply, "They have earned my business". I have multiple Dealerships that are more convenient but you have to use the one the just gets it done. Gets it done with a smile, professionalism, and never pushes for items I do not need, but makes sure I am safe. Kudos to Ronnie and his outstanding Team!
It's always a pleasure bringing my vehicle in for service. Everyone goes out of there way to be accommodating. The service advisors are very knowledgeable and explain in detail the services performed, and any upcoming necessary maintenance. The waiting area is comfortable and there is always coffee and bagels.
