Hard the rate, not sure how the rest of the place is, but when you go in with the internet and you are looking for the best deal, you find a good deal and then they change the internet price with you sitting there in the salesman booth by 3000 dollars. I didn't think of it until I left, but that it fine they do not have my business.
Its where I bought my certified preowned QX70 and they've taken care of me ever since. Go in, get maintenance done nice and quick, courteous staff, nice comfy couch to sit on while you watch the food network and munch on popcorn. What more could you want? The "don't get your stuff done at the dealership" stigma doesn't really apply here folks when the Joe Shmoe down the street charges the same rates.
Worked with Tony Mitchell in sales which was facilitated by Stacy Fredricks in their internet sales group. This was my first new car purchase. Tony was very helpful in walking me through the process and in making sure I had the right truck for me. Only negative was the process was just a bit slow but that was just a result of other customers late in the day when I was wrapping things up. Other than that, very good experience and got the exact truck I was wanting!
