Jeffrey Martinez, Kevin Lynch, Harry Perez are all Top of the line, A1, and Saints! Cadillac of Greenwich is an amazing establishment with an amazing group of people. They made the process pain free, as the car buying experience can be painful. My family, and I couldn't be happier and highly recommend Cadillac of Greenwich and the big 3 Jeffrey, Kevin, and Harry.
Our salesperson was so knowledgeable about vehicles that it helped make the decision to choose BMW over competitors easy for us. He was patient with us as we asked questions, and friendly with our children. We weren't sure we were going to buy a new BMW, but his willingness to work with us made the decision easy for us. We appreciated the low sales pressure environment as well!
I had a wonderful experience taking my car in for some long overdue service. I was made aware that it would take a couple of hours to complete, and I didn't want to spend all that time at the dealership. Not being an app savvy person that uses Lyft and/or Uber services, I had asked my son to take me to the nearby mall while the car was being worked on. Unfortunately, he wasn't available. He did mention to ask the dealership for a courtesy vehicle. After dropping off my car and before I even had the chance to ask about a courtesy vehicle, Jessie had asked if I would like to be taken to the mall. This made my day, much easier than filling out paperwork for a loaner. On top of taking me to the mall, they called to let me know when the work was done, and where they would pick me up. I'm so happy I purchased my car at Ziegler Ford.
The overall experience exceeded all expectations. From the scheduling, estimated quote, throughness, and completion of job. I would have no problem making a recommendation to others. People were great to work with, very knowledgeable, and very helpful.

I was in the market for a good, used, fun car. Narrowed my list to MINI Countryman and Subaru Crosstrek. Found the MINI of my dreams at Infinity. Jake was incredibly helpful answering all of my questions about the car. After test driving, I told him I still wanted to try out the Subaru Crosstrek before making a decision. Well guess what. Within 15 minutes he had one on the lot for me to drive. WOW. Decided the MINI Countryman was the one and they threw in four new tires to seal the deal. What incredible customer service.
