Car is awesome. Handles well, accelerates quickly, turns on a dime. Stock tires are junk, get better ones (not runflats). Buy from a dealer who has a service department just as good as their salesperson, and vice versa. Any issues you have after purchase, both will have to work with you
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

The vehicle is every thing that I want in a vehicle. I am very pleased with all the extra whistles and bell. The car provides me with the availability to meet all my job requirements.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

I currently own two Cadillac CTS. The most recent one I bought is the 2017 2.0 luxury model. It has all the style and grace not too mention comfort that you expect from a Cadillac.i like to look at this car just as much as I love to drive it. It’s such a beautiful design. I have the Black metallic exterior and the black leather interior. It’s not for people who aren’t obsessed with cleanliness because it shows everything. Elegant is the word I hear most when people look at the car. Just a beauty. Power is a given too. No complaints whatsoever
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Cadillacs are my favorite cars out there without a doubt so my review won’t be anything but glowing. Beautiful engineering every time they create a new Cadillac at GM!
My salesperson, Joe Elliott, was a lot of help. He was very friendly and professional. The whole process was simple!

Electronic system (radio/ HVAC/rear view camera) have not worked properly for 16 months and still not repaired. Have had it in for servicing more than 6 times. Claim need a technician from GM to come to the service department and only 12 for the whole country. Going onto the 2nd week of waiting

My husband and I are past 65 years old and my husband is an amputee with prosthetic leg on the left (so luckily he can still drive without any special needs). Our 2005 Cadillac De Ville is our only vehicle and we need to keep it for as long as possible for economic reasons. Our car has over 145,000 miles and we only bring it to Don Massey Cadillac for service because we believe it needs the best service is obtained by those most familiar with Cadllacs and by using GM parts. Kirstropher Gartside seems to be the service advisor we see and he is FANTASTIC. He understands the need for us to have a car as my husband has many health concerns. Don Massey not only has a porter to bring my husband home from the dealership when he brings the car in for service but they also pick him up. We live in a rural area and do not have "neighbors" we can rely on to help us get there and back otherwise. If the repairs go beyond the amount of time they estimate, they offer us the option of a free courtesy vehicle and again they pick my husband up and bring him in to pick up the courtesy vehicle. What other dealer or car service repair would do this for you? Wouldn't you think the dealership instead would be wanting to sell us a new car instead of making it so easy for us to keep our car that is nearing 10 years old?!!! Also: Repair estimates always come in under what they estimate and they stay in touch with us on the phone if anything else is found. There is NO other place we would take our 2005 Cadillac for service!

I love my Cadillac CTS! It's sporty and elegant with all the features of a fine luxury vehicle. I get many compliments on the style and design and everyone always enjoys the ride.
We were pleased with how hard everyone at Don Massey Cadillac worked to ensure we have the best possible vehicle purchase experience. My experience at don Massey was beyond all expectations. I have purchased several vehicles over the years and have NEVER been treated so well. Donna is an angel and put a cute stuffed bunny in my new Cadillac for my granddaughter ( a nice touch that women/grandmothers appreciate :) )!! Bob Johnson also took an enormous amount of time ensuring I was getting the best deal they could offer. I honestly dont see myself buying anywhere else. Other dealers should take notice to details and making the customer feel like bob and Donna do at don Massey. They are truly assets to this company. Thank you again for making this experience a joyful one!!
