I do not normally do reviews unless service is awesome or very very poor. So anyway if you are looking for a friendly, no pressure and willingness to please this is the dealership to visit. As most may say I can be hard to please as I know exactly what I am looking for what I will compromise on and what I will stand firm with when it comes to purchases especially vehicles. So I had been looking around for the vehicle I wanted (FYI I will be paying cash no financing) locally with no one wanting to work with me on price which I will not give on once I decided how much I want to spend so next I was thinking of going to Shrevport but wanted to visit Jim Taylor first which I am SO HAPPY that I did just that. Here is my experience from beginning to end with the most awsome salesman 'Dante Ferrand, Sr." greeting me upon arrival and listening to me as I told him what I was looking for in my new vehicle. So mind you it is extremely hot with Dante having to work outside to assist me along with my pickiness with the most pleasant attitude as we look at many vehicles then I found the one I wanted but someone was going to call that day to let the dealership know if they were still interested. Now, at first you would think that they should sell to the person there with the money but one of the reasons this place is so great is they actually said by their word literally. Well the next thing I know is that the manager Erik Etzel whom is another awesome staff member found me exactly what I wanted and sold it to me at an awesome price. So instead of dealing locally I will be back at Jim Taylor when I need to purchase another vehicle and referring them to everyone. Thank you Jim Taylor for caring about customer care along with quailty with out the huge pricing.
Great experience with Meredith and the staff at Edwards Motors. Meredith was easy to work with and wasn’t pushy during the process. We knew what we were looking for and what we could afford. We found it and were out of the dealership within 2 hours with our new ( gently used) car.
I inquired about a vehicle online and Chris Tropiano responded. His experience, approach and willingness to listen made my buying experience seamless. He represented the car honestly and went above by sending me additional photos. Once at the dealership, Chris was affable and had everything lined up for our purchase. Highly recommended!
Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.

This was the best car buying experience that i have ever had, my salesman David fully explained every detail of my new car. The Finance people handled the transaction in a speedy and proffesional manner. the Managers were very Proffesional and attentive to me It was a pleasure doing business with Mears.
As far as the sales staff they were top notch couldn't ask for a better experience Darla went way above and beyond get this sale done and I'm here to say I couldn't be made happy with the way she handled our situation kudos to you I would easily suggest someone I know who's in search of a new or used car to check out this dealership
This is my second purchase through Pepe Cadillac and there is an obvious reason why I keep coming back. The service I received from this dealership was and always has been exceptional. My salesperson, David Persaud and the business manager, Frank Raniilo, both understand what it takes to sell a luxury vehicle... make your customer feel like the most important person in the room and give them what they want. I will continue to come back to Pepe as long as they continue to give me exceptional service.
My experience there at west coast auto was good but the fact that I have to get a new bulb for my tail light and battery for my remote they should of have to replace that not me other then that very good.
Gilroy Chevrolet is the place to go for the Bolt. Daymond was fantastic he knew all the product improvement information and he was able to relate to me in a healthy and upfront matter. He also did a great job of explaining all the features which are innumerable on this car. In some ways the bolt sells itself but this experience was fantastic
