Live 340 miles away Adam had Dave waiting for me at train station,very professional. Just a very good experience, will be doing business with them again.L

Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I contacted WH regarding a used vehicle I saw on Cars.com. They followed up (several times) with calls and offered to bring the vehicle to dealership closer to me. I haven’t received confirmation of this but when I get it, I will be impressed and grateful regardless if I buy a vehicle from them! They are persistent but impressive.

Everyone was super nice. I want to give special thanks to Joe Bumbalo, Kevin Zephaniah, Mike Watts and General Manager Steve. They went out of their way to help my mom and I get the financing paperwork signed making special arrangements for my mom who was recouperating from a serious car wreck a few weeks earlier and then helping me to get a ride to pick up the new vehicle. This was my first Cadillac purchase and my first purchase of an American made car in almost 20 years.I found the dealership was able to meet and exceed my expectations. The sales process was pressure free and everyone from the salesman Ray, the business mgr Ann, and the Sales manager Rob were outstanding. I'm loving y new XT5 and couldn't be happier. Cadillac has certainly come a long way and makes me believe in the American car quality again! Great job.
