Fantastic car all the way! I’ve been driving lots of german rivals such as AMG, M5:s and Audis...
None of them gets even close to the brute force of this Caddie. The funfactor is outstanding at the same time as my family can come along just as comfortable as in any Mercedes...
Even fuelconsumption is, regarding its exceptional power, quite acceptable.
And the looks of this car...wow!

This is a belated review of our purchase in Oct 2017. We visited 7 dealerships and considered other luxury SUVs. Sewell won us over with their service, impeccable facikities, availability and willingness to answer questions and by negotiating fairly. This dealership puts the customer first and is honest--a rare quality in the car business. They were patient with the thoroughness of our approach, and even arranged for us to talk to a VP at GMAC when we had an esoteric question on the details of our single pay lease. What a pleasure to work with them.

I was promised as a gift from a joke about a suitcase in the back for a trip. I was shown the car and was to tired to go and get and heard a friend took off with it. I will let you know as soon as that and everything promised (suitcase)is returned in tact with the clear title in my correct name. Thanks
Sewell Cadillac is the most amazing Cadillac dealership! I just truly cannot say enough wonderful things about them. I have owned a Cadillac for the last 11 years. I don’t think I would get any other car for so many reasons. The customer service is just outstanding. Everyone is so helpful and attentive. Matt Mowrey always goes above and beyond and he should be recognized. The service department shines. Every single employee is so dedicated to their job and they run like a well oiled machine. There is never any waiting around or wondering what is going on. You are always taken care of like a queen or king. The communication is superb.
The waiting area is always so tidy and nice. There is tv, drinks, snacks, whatever you want. They make you feel so comfortable.
The dealership is always sparkling clean, even the shop... it’s insane!
People are always holding doors open for you, greeting you, making sure you are taken care of, getting stuff out of your car and transferring to the complimentary loaner they provide, which is always so nice.
Thank you Sewell for taking care of me and my family and of course my beautiful Cadillac Escalade. We love y’all and appreciate you ¿¿
I just recently bought a used Tahoe from Sewell Cadillac. I had planned on just looking and test driving the vehicle but ended up buying the vehicle that same day. Shane was extremely pleasant from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. I've been in the dealership a couple of times and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I felt as if we got the "Cadillac" treatment at Sewell!
Shane has been great! He seemed so knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. He knew every little detail of every option it had.

I've purchased 2 vehicles from Sewell Cadillac and I wouldn't have had it any other way. Initially, I searched for a car and every dealer I went to was... pushy, unprofessional and lacked both class and car knowledge. I just happen to walk into Sewell Cadillac and my entire view of car buying was changed. I would highly recommend Sewell to anyone searching for a vehicle.
I experienced that some repairs are not corrected on first visit to dealership. Recently, my car was in second time for same AC unit problems. I was told the diagnosis was different this time-$$$. The other problem is that car randomly hesitates to start. The problem of.random starts is back.again. It has been less than 2 weeks since repairs were completed.
I thought they might wash my car, but they washed and completely vacuumed my car. It was spotless and beautiful. I got much more than I ever expected. The service people were all extremely nice and helpful. Thanks again Sewell staff!
We were not able to come to an agreement, my trade wasn’t worth what I had hoped, but the experience was amazing. I am selling my car myself and will be back to buy the vehicle I had found at the dealership.
