Great dealership. There was no pressure and they were very friendly and helpful. They stayed open way past their closing time just to accommodate me. They were fair and reasonable with their offer. I would definitely buy from this dealership again.
Well this is rare for me and I never thought I would have such a great time again with a car dealer. First let me say I am sure I join a long list of happy customers that went to Ingersoll of pawling. Dylan and Torrey were way better than all other dealerships with helping me with my needs and wants. Other dealers can learn from them on just how to treat and make a customer feel relaxed and not pressured in the car buying experience. If u have a chance or the time to visit this dealership(Ingersoll of pawling)I am sure all of your needs with be addressed and handled with people that really care about doing whatever they can for the customer. My service rep as well as the service manager went above and beyond to help me out. They know I have had a serious of problems with the vehicle between tire/rim issues, headlights, and computer/electric issues so when 8 month old tires all needed replaced as well as a cracked rim AND the rear shocks/pump they did everything they could to minimize the cost. They recommends tires with a large tread life warranty that at least will be replaced if they run out in 15-20,000 miles like these did which is ridiculous considering nearly all of it is expressway driving in light traffic. I will never buy any tires made by Goodyear again. They also did the service in steps and prevented me from getting recommended work that was not mandatory at the time, not the usual dealership way which was refreshing.
Long story short, the Genesis service team did enough for me to rethink my stance on never buying a Cadillac again. Although they cannot prevent the quality issues or control the cost so odds are I will sell this one in the next 10-13’days and switch back to Ford/Lincoln since I had twice as many miles on those cars and never had half this many issues
Very pleased with the sales staff. Have no reservations about going back. Car prices seemed very competitive. There was a sales drive ending the day that we visited the dealership. We weren’t ready to make the commitment.
My salesman Nate showed us all the features on a new CT6 but they didn’t have the color I wanted. Another salesman overheard me wanting a white one and about 15 mins later pulled up with a 2017 that had everything I wanted . They let me take it overnight and I came back and bought it . Couldn’t be happier.

Went in for a used suv always hated the so called buying experience. I would rather have a root canal. Not this time, Ben was courteous and had me in and gone without all the run around. I would recommend Whistler to all my friends!!!
