Spent several months researching a car purchase with Mike Kline and Craig Cliff. They patiently answered questions and waited for me to identify the desired model/trim and then to determine whether a new car or certified, pre-owned provided the best value for me. I did some Blue Book research the price negotiation process was relatively quick and painless. Used an Audi special financing deal to get a great interest rate and have Audi pay most of my first payment. Highly recommend this dealer.

Beautiful car. It’s a dream to ride in. The thing we liked best about this car is the front bench style seat. They are so hard to find and they are so roomie. A car with a console just eats up all sorts of space. This car is just as spacious as you can get!
Although I did not end buying a vehicle from Germain, I did thoroughly enjoy working with Mark. I would not hesitate to send a friend or family member his way.

Plenty of room inside. Ultra smooth ride. Powerful engine yet good on gas. Drove this car for many years and its never let me down. Any repairs have been regular maintenance types that had nothing to do with how it runs...tires, tire pressure sensors, wiper blades....nothing major.
She drove it on a friday, said they call on Monday nothing all week, so she called the service part of the dealership on the following Friday.
The guy calls with some story, it was just a sensor. Justin needs to find a new job, he's not a good salesman. Car was all clean on cars.com, get there it's all dirty, scratches all over it, way over priced for the condition of it.
I resently purchased a used Ford Expedition 2006, from Fivestar car and truck llc. , richmond va . I could not have been happier with my experience. I purchased the truck as is, but I did purchased a limited warrenty. On the very first day a check engine light came On. I called Chris S. the owner, he was very courteous and thoughtful. I brought the truck back and he brought it to he ford mechanic, to check the codes and see what needed to be done. We went back and forth a number of times. Throu out my dealings Chris and his team could not have been more professional and courteous. He really wanted to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. Since the problem with the truck could not have been anticipated. Eventually the truck was repaired, with the dealership taking responsibility. I would recommend Fivestar to my friends, and intend to return in the future for sdditional purchases. Maria their financial/processing person was lovely. I bought my 2010 BMW from Exclusive Auto Group Inc. In early September. I had An incredible experience from the door in and from the door out. Working in the sales/customer service industry for over 15 years i have high expectations when I walk into establishments, especially where I'm being sold to (dealerships, furniture stores, galleries,banks, etc.) The thing that made me stop at exclusive on my commute home from Newark Penn was their line of attractive vehicles. I wasn't exactly looking to buy just yet, but I knew I wanted to purchase a new car in the coming months. I walked the lot briefly and was greeted by one of the sales reps who was extremely friendly and helpful. Of course she asked all the normal sales questions what i was looking for, how much i wanted to spend, etc.... I had answers for none of the questions. I just told her a specific payment amt i was looking for and i was browsing the lot and looking for something that might catch my eye at that . She wasn't to aggressive she told me to check out that lot and when i needed help just let her know. Shortly After I placed my eye on the 550GT and fell in love. She gave me the pricing details and i knew that it was definitely going to be above my budget and what i would probably even consider not to mention my credit was not good at all at that time. I then met with Carlos the Manager. Told him my situation and how much i could afford to pay monthly he looked at me with a straight face and said do you work? lol the rest was history he got me a lower payment then what i asked. FANTASTIC CAR!!!! drives great no issues after buying it ( I waited 2.5 months to write my review). I was able to get my plates before the dealer plates expired. Carlos was very great to work with. He made sure the process went flawlessly and no pressure on they buyer at all. He gave wonderful advice he was transparent and honest. I've bought a number of cars used/new and i would say this was my best experience. O by the way I purchased the car within 2 weeks after seeing the vehicle but of course that was after i left my small deposit to hold the vehicle. Lol as carlos says "business doesn't run off hopes and dreams". after leaving my deposit i visited about 6 other dealerships in the newark/irvington area as well as somerset county and i will say they all wasted my time telling me about my credit and offering me payments $150 more then what i told them i could afford when i first walk through the door. They were pushy. they did not actively listen, and didn't offer me the payment i was looking for until i left there lot. Carlos will tell you yes or no. no time for games. I'm a satisfied customer and will recommend anyone to this dealership. Carlos if you read this keep up the great work, keep the integrity and remain transparent.

I love Cadillac's, I have owned 5 of them. However, this one was a bad one and it was because of the NorthStar engine. As is the case with some of these engines, I had to replace the head gasket at a staggering $2625. It wasn't the only problem I had with this car, but it was the biggest. It was a nice car to look at, very sharp, the interior was confortable, but all in all I was very disappointed with the car. I am not saying this is the case for all Cadillac's with the NorthStar engine, but I would be very wary of buyin g another one with this engine in it.

Was very pleased with the service received when I took in our Ford Escape for its first service . Everyone was very nice and professional. The waiting rooms were very clean. I was offered coffee or a soda. The restrooms were very clean and I was kept up in the progress of my service.

This is a great car. It feels like you’re floating when you are driving it. I have the Luxury ii Package and the extra options are amazing. My kids love it as much as I do, and this is coming from a guy who prefers to drive trucks.
I went to Barry's already knowing what car I was looking for. Scotty made it very easy and quick for me to take it for a test drive to see if it was what I was looking for. Once I made the decision that it was what I wanted he handled all the paperwork and I was able to drive it home that day.

This car is comfortable great for travel. It handles well. It provides safety with and stability on the road. It is a joy to drive.
Nice guys with some good cars for good prices. They provided Carfax. Was able to test drive and have my mechanic check it out as well. Worked out well, would strongly consider buying a car from them if the price and timing is right.

They helped me get into my first car!! And I love it!!! I was having a hard time finding a dealer that was honest and that was going to give me a good deal, until i found them. Jeremy the salesman helped me through the entire process and made everything enjoyable and easy. He was very friendly and helpful! What a great atmosphere for buying my first car! Lots of gadgets, I hope most of them continue to work. much more road noise than my old 2004 Cadillac. Low profile tires are the pits. Otherwise, it operates well. I just have to get used to lower quality of newer cars.
Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.
