I initially posted a negative review after we purchased from Landmark and found out a few months later that our suspension needed a significant amount of work, despite having been told that it was serviced prior to purchase. However, within an hour of posting my review the Landmark GM, Sunil, called to follow up with me to see what the problem was and how they could resolve it for me. I took my car back in, Landmark’s service department took another look, and in the end they did all the suspension work that was required. They really went above and beyond to make sure what could have been a negative experience turned out to be a positive one, and I am very grateful to Sunil and the whole team.
As always, the service and the experience was excellent. Professional and personable staff with a dedication to excellence. The automobiles are fantastic; however, the staff makes the difference in why we have selected Doug's Cadillac over other dealerships. I live in Los Angeles California and I bought my car over the internet my salesperson was Robert Deutch very honest he represented the dealership in the most professional manner again I bought this car sight unseen and I had to rely up on him he made me feel very comfortable in this process he gained my trust and he delivered 100% satisfaction most sales people get a bad name so I'm writing this review to tell you that he's one of the best in the business and I appreciate it. I also had the opportunity to deal with Oscar and Michelle and Randy and I've never had a better experience in buying cars and if I ever need another car I'm going back to Seattle Washington and visit Doug probably over the internet.

I just got a pre-owned SRX from Krystyna and very much appreciated for all what Kystyna and Larson Cadillac team had done for me. Since I just started living in the USA, I could hardly make myself understood in English. But she was so patient and tried to listen to me carefully to get my exact needs and preferences. She and the team are always thinking of customers first. At some dealership, I was taken advantage of language and cheated to purchase unnecessary options or warranty as if they were mandatory. It never happened at Larson Cadillac. She and the finance manager Terry guided me very helpfully what process I needed to go through to purchase a car in the USA.
The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.

Salesperson was reliable and returned calls. He helped with setup. The buying process and meeting with the closer took a few hours. She pulled out all the stops to get me to buy the extended warranty and paint protection. I declined, then suddently everything was half price, then I declined again and got a bit deeper discount. This is frustrating and I'd prefer to be quoted a fari price with 20% markup rather than offered something for 300% cost theny get it for a decent price only because I bargained and would not get ripped off.
Service department folks were nice. The waiting area is no frills, very different from the BMW dealership, but that's ok.
