Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.
Just sold my Car to them today. Entire process took around 25 minutes. Drove in with my 9 year old car. They inspected my car for about 10 minutes and gave me an estimate on the spot. Their offer was higher than what the car dealership had offered me. I expected the offer. I had my title with me. So, we completed the transaction there...it took around 10-25 minutes more. They gave me a cashier's check, that i enacted with my bank that day. Very simple and efficient !
Joe Fuentes in Service did an excellent job in making things easy for my wife to get our X3 repaired. Efficient, to the point, courteous - unfortunately rare in many service businesses but Joe has all three in abundance. Thank you for a great client experience.

This is a belated review of our purchase in Oct 2017. We visited 7 dealerships and considered other luxury SUVs. This dealership puts the customer first and is honest--a rare quality in the car business. They were patient with the thoroughness of our approach, and even arranged for us to talk to a VP at GMAC when we had an esoteric question on the details of our single pay lease. What a pleasure to work with them.
Sewell Cadillac is the most amazing Cadillac dealership! I just truly cannot say enough wonderful things about them. I have owned a Cadillac for the last 11 years. I don’t think I would get any other car for so many reasons. The customer service is just outstanding. Everyone is so helpful and attentive. Matt Mowrey always goes above and beyond and he should be recognized. The service department shines. Every single employee is so dedicated to their job and they run like a well oiled machine. There is never any waiting around or wondering what is going on. You are always taken care of like a queen or king. The communication is superb.
The waiting area is always so tidy and nice. There is tv, drinks, snacks, whatever you want. They make you feel so comfortable.
The dealership is always sparkling clean, even the shop... it’s insane!
People are always holding doors open for you, greeting you, making sure you are taken care of, getting stuff out of your car and transferring to the complimentary loaner they provide, which is always so nice.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. Also the guy in financing made me able to finance the remainder of my car when even my own bank denied me!
I stopped by to check out a used car and I spoke with Carlos. He was very friendly, down to earth and low pressure. He had the vehicle ready to go when I stopped by to check it out. We went on a quick spin and even test drive a comparable vehicle. I did not purchase a vehicle from them but I would definitely recommend Carlos to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle.
