Great dealership. There was no pressure and they were very friendly and helpful. They stayed open way past their closing time just to accommodate me. They were fair and reasonable with their offer. I would definitely buy from this dealership again.

Not a lot of leg room in second and third rows; needs hi-test gasoline; was told this as I was handed the keys; was shocked because my other Escalade did not require hi-test; the rear door does not open or close properly; thought I was buying a demo car; after purchase it was called a used car, which means you do not get full five-year warranties; pretty shoddy presentation

it is very good vehicle. some of the operations of the many settings are too complex and hard to understand. the settings are difficult but great once you get the hang of it.
Great experience I bought a countryman Tom was my salesman he was very knowledgeable about the cars which got me really excited about purchasing the car. Tom took the pressure out of the process with his hilarious jokes I’am proud to join the Mini Family.

I think if don't get a lemon, this vehicle is amazing. I bought a lemon. Cadillac is offering a vehicle swap but asking for usage fees that add up to around $950 per month and ive only had this vehicle for 6 months. When test driving, look for a bad shift between 1st and 2nd gear, this is the tell all for a lemon. Engine stalls for no reason multiple times, very unsafe. They do not back their brand and want to be paid, once for the lemon and again for the replacement vehicle. they do NOT stand behind their brand at all, very disappointed. This is my 8th GM vehicle and my last GM vehicle after seeing how Cadillac handled the collateral swap
I found Coleman as I searched Carfax & Truecar for a XT5. They offered a XT5 with fair deal and good service. Mario, his sales manager and Damon combined for a positive sales experience.

This car had a starter put in it before we bought it. We were not told upon buying it. It has a intermittent no start problem. It stranded us 9 hours away from home the day we bought it. Cadillac customer service is a joke. They would not pay for our hotel or rental for when we were stranded. I do not need the money it is the principal that they would not pay for something that was caused from buying one of their products. They will not put a new starter in it because it is only a intermittent problem. I got a case # from Cadillac and they closed the case without the problem being resolved. Mind you the vehicle has less than 9,000 miles on it. So either I stick with a vehicle that is not dependable or I replace the starter at my own cost . Mind you I e-mailed Cadillac Customer "don't care" service 5 times called at least 9 times before I actually got a person to talk to. Not once did they respond to my e-mails. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with Cadillac. If they had stood behind their product I would have been very happy with the vehicle. But knowing they do not I will not buy another Cadillac and this is not my first one I have owned.
I was so blown away by the Wilson Grace, who contacted me after I purchased my new X4.
I honestly enjoyed the hour he spent with me going over my car. He was patient and understanding and he made me very comfortable with all the new features.
I have never had such a pleasant experience in all my years owning a new car.
Thanks for having such a helpful person especially after the deal is done.

Good over all, Great looking car with lots of room for people and things. We’re having to learn what all the buttons do on the electronic systems. It should be more intuitive or you should be able to speak to the car as to what you want done.
I worked with Mike and was looking to get a used Mazda 3. Although my credit was fine, I guess i didnt have a strong enough credit history to get a loan with out needing a cosigner or more money down (both which I wasn't able to do). He explained my situation to one of his managers and i was told they will continue to work on getting me approved. Its been almost a month now and no progress has been made. I cant even get a hold of Mike. Ive called/texted him many times and he hasnt gotten back to me. If you cant get it done for me thats fine. But at least text me and give me an update so i dont feel so left in the dark. But anyway, although he seemed like a nice guy in person (never felt pressured), the fact that he kinda ghosted me put me off to this place. Probably wont ever come back or recommend this place to anyone. Get back to me and maybe ill change my mind..

My wife and I had been looking for months online for pre owned Cadillac's when we came across a 2 year old ATS with very low miles...a former lease car. I contacted Ben Roberts at Faulkner Cadillac in April and made an appointment, which I had to cancel when we decided to wait a bit longer. Ben was very understanding, and we kept the door open for a future visit. I called him back in June and told him we were ready and he informed me that the car I was interested in was still available. We went to see the car, and it was great. We decided then and there to buy it. Ben made the process an extremely easy one. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I'm 65...having bought a few cars in my time. Ben was great, as was Amy Bland, who helped us with some added warranty decisions. I can't recommend Faulkner Cadillac enough. If you are looking for a Caddy, call Ben!

Stylish inside and out. Powerful engine and great transmission. Find it very fuel efficient for a large vehicle.
I???ve always been quite skeptical regarding the used cars and particularly trade-in scheme, but my wife convinced me to give it a try. We found AMG Auto and their website and after a quick chat with their employee, Taji decided that it???s worth trying. So we chose the vehicle that fit our demands regarding price, size and so on, completed all the procedures with the financing of a deal and are now very happy with our new Infiniti JX35.

This is my second purchase at this location. Originally I purchased a pre-Owned vehicle in 2012 .I was very pleased with the purchase and the staff, as a matter of fact I felt it couldn't get any better.Boy was I wrong. Nick Di Bernard was awesome he went above and beyond my spectations. He was courteous professional and stood true to his word.
