My wife and I were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. We asked to see Steve Morrison who we have dealt with in the past. We informed Steve that we were looking to buy a 2019 Cadillac XTS. We discussed with him the color and the options that we wanted. He attempted to locate a car matching what we wanted but was unable to locate one in the area. We wound up ordering one from the factory. We took possession of the car 11/30. The color actually looked better on the car in person. Needless to say we are more than happy with the service at Lima Auto Mall
We went to other dealerships and they had an attitude. They thought they were doing us a favor for allowing us to buy a car from them. One dealership actually sold the car we were buying and didn???t tell us. When we went to pick up the car they tried giving us a different car. Ed Morse Cadillac of Delray Beach made buying a car a pleassure. Paul Betteridge followed up and made sure everything was right and Alan Berkowitz was so pleasant and went out of his way to please us. Kasey Salman took care of a few things that had to be fixed with a smile. Great dealership.
This is my second purchase through Pepe Cadillac and there is an obvious reason why I keep coming back. The service I received from this dealership was and always has been exceptional. My salesperson, David Persaud and the business manager, Frank Raniilo, both understand what it takes to sell a luxury vehicle... make your customer feel like the most important person in the room and give them what they want. He took care of me right away and pointed out the customer lounge where I could wait while my car was being serviced.

I had called to check on a mini van I had seen on their website and I spoke to Bruce. I had a few questions about the seat, he proceeded to go out to the van and text me pictures about what I was seeing. I ended up going to the dealer (Over 1 hr drive away) to see and test the van, taking my sister with me. The customer service was great and not only did I end up buying the van, my sister ended up with a car for herself as well! Bruce went above and beyond helping us get our cars!
I brought my 2015 SRX into Penske as I normally do when I am about to leave town. In this case I was going to Las Vegas. I made my appointment on line which is very user friendly. Upon arrival I was greeted by my advisor. He described the items that would have to.be completed and the amount of time it would take to have my SRX in tip top shape before driving thru 100 degree weather on my way to Vegas. He had the maintenance items completed on time and I was on my way.
