They looked at our car again, and did find the nails. They kindly replaced the tires.

Amy Mattick was excellant to work with, quick to respond, and very knowledgeable. After dicsussing with her what I was looking for in a used car she provided options to discuss and was very willing to answer questions. Very pleased with the experience and would defintely recommend BMW Minnetonka to family and friends.

Jim Malisow is the wonderful, personable salesman who sold me my car. The very first thing he did was offer me coffee. He took a lot of time with me to answer all my questions. He made sure I knew everything worked in the car - blue tooth, cruise, etc. - before I drove the car home. He even picked me up in White Bear Lake and drove me to the dealership in Golden Valley the day I got my car. The design and look of the dealership is beautiful! The car comes with unlimited car washes. I highly recommend Jim and Morrie's.
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
I have appointment for service. Stood and waited for over 5 minutes for someone to approach or help me but nobody came. Two staff was there by the computer. I tried to talked to one n i have to say excuse me twice before he even answer and look at me. He said that someone will come and talk to me when someone is available. A few minutes later same person I talked to approach me and asked what he can do for me. Didn't even say hi. After my service is done he said your air filter is dirty n hand me my keys n left. Didn't even tell me where my car is n i have to look for it. Very bad customer service. Unbelievable.

This review is directed on behalf of our salesman, Mr. David Middleton. From our very first visit, Dave made my wife and me feel very comfortable. We knew when we walked in, this was the van for us. Dave was very helpful in explaining all the features of this auto. There was absolutely no pressure on his part to sell us this van. We went and left a few times to think about the buying of this van. There were no phone calls made by Dave asking unnecessary questions about a potential sale. All of our communication was warm and friendly. He explained all the additional options we could have purchased in buying this van. There was no pressure on his part to push us into buying any of these add-ons. He went the extra mile to close this deal in a very warm and comfortable manner. I would recommend Dave to our friends who are looking for their future auto.
Saw vehicle on line, spoke with Tim H. He was great to work with. We came from Illinois to see\purchase vehicle. They had it all ready for us to view, it was horrible weather, they had it inside for us to view. Justin the financial guy was also great to work with. Loved his sense of humor. I worked with Heather for a good 6 hours getting the best deal I could from them. They were very generous with our trade in and helped me save money by making me aware of incentives I didn???t even know existed. An example is the Costco incentive. Not only did that reduce my purchase price I get a Costco gift card in 2 months. I showed up at the dealer to buy a used 2016 SRX and I ended up leaving with with a loaded 2019 XT5. My payments are the same and I have a new vehicle to drive. My wife was super happy when I got home.

Not only are the people friendly and care about your comfort at Luther, the follow-up and having them repeat my concerns when they call you/prior to leaving, told me they heard me/followed through with my wishes. We called before going in to test drive a car and the person who helped us was Kent, when we test drove the car he showed us some other options and we absolutely fell in love with a car that he showed us! He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we got a good deal, by far the best salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. Thanks again for the great customer service and beautiful car!
