I love my Cadillac Escalade. Cars are made by humans so naturally they're not perfect. We've been driving it for 7 years with no major problems. My goal is to keep it and get another one soon.

Super comfortable, easy to park, and second row bucket seats are a must for easy access. The paint is premium white. Rear seats remove easily.

Most reliable vehicle I ever owned. Comfortable, reliable and a commanding view of the road. I had it serviced by local Caddy dealer for seven years, every 5K miles, oil/tire rotation/full service wash for under $100. Original tires lasted 68K miles. Just “sold” it to my son. Waiting for the new 2021 model.

My experience was great. Andy Gonzalez, the service advisor I was working with, provided great customer service. He was also very informative about what was done on my vehicle. If you hear Andy's name as your service advisor, you're in good hands.

Has multiple outlets for our kids and has a plug just in case we need to bring in a microwave inside the car. Its really reliable and has lots of leg room.

This car is very sharp looking and roomy. But this year 2021, I’ve had surprising issues that should not occur in a car of this caliber. This is the first American car I have ever owned. The touch screen stopped working. The seat adjustment stopped working twice. And most importantly it bucks when it changes gears a problem well known at the dealership I take it to for service. The problems were solved but this shouldn’t be happening on a car that is 4 years old with approximately 45 miles.

The gas mileage is not good. My headlight went bad The mechanic says These cars are bad for the baluster going out. The wheels sounds squeaky.

I Iove the power of the engine and all of the luxurious features. The accent lighting and platforming steps look excellent at night. I feel very safe driving this large SUV especially with kids in the vehicle.

I was somewhat disappointed with my experience. The service men were nice and caring in the moment, but not proactive when it came to giving advance notice for a new appointment and ordering the necessary parts involved. I was not informed that my appointment had to be canceled until after I had arrived, due to the software not working since earlier in the week. When I next arrived, I was okay with the process, my car was giving them extra work due to its original engine being Chrysler instead of Volkswagon. But they took on the challenge and I had allowed enough time for "hiccups". However, I had ordered and paid for my replacement fob and did not find out until I paid for the service that I did not get the attachment blade with it! I would have to pay another $50 ish dollars to get it. :( now I have the fob with pointy parts where the key (blade)goes in, and I get scratched by them every time I pick it up and sometimes by just turning the key in the ignition. I had the money to buy the "whole key" when I ordered it. It will take 3 months to save enough so I stop getting scratched.

Just What you'd expect from a Cadillac...Smooth ride with comfort,space and luxury. Whoever owned it previously took great care of the vehicle and it is worth the buy.

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

The folks are kind and respectful, even down to the gentlemen who park the cars. The service reps are hard working. Sometimes things get a little crazy and I wish the mechanics communicated better about progress but all in all, LC is the bomb.

We just purchased the 2021 Escalade Sport and it's been a wonderful addition to our family. The looks from inside and out are amazing with the updated features throughout. My family is very happy about the new car with it's spacious interior and the drive is very smooth for being such a big luxury SUV. Cadillac did a wonderful update on their flagship SUV and we're very glad to have to tow our 4 kids around.

Worked with Kirk on the purchase of my Jag F-type R, and he was upfront and very helpful, and responsive prior to the sale, and I am confident will be now that I have purchased the vehicle. I gave 4 stars overall, but to be clear Kirk was 5 stars. Where things fall shirt is, they gave me an out the door prices, I sent back, adjust sales price, trade allowance and please adjust the ridiculous $950 document fee ( seriously ), with that said where I wanted my payment, and if they could reach that, I'd come in that day --- Which they did. So why only 4 stars and not 5 ? Because, No adjustment to price of car, no additional trade value, and still paid the xxxx high document fee... They got me to my price point, with a better interest rate. Yes that is great, and appreciated - but what is not appreciated is, that wasn't the 1st offering. I should have been provided the best rate, the 1st time. I want a dealer who is working with me, not the banks. For that, 4 stars not 5.

As a previous Escalade owner, and the current owner of the newly designed Navigator, and the 2020 CT6 sedan; my recent experience purchasing the 21’ Cadillac Escalade Sport has been second to none. I purchased the upgraded leather seats, and options including the premiere 36 speaker sound system. The vehicle is smooth riding, technologically advanced, and has unique features including the air bag system. People haven’t stopped complimenting the vehicle, and it’s been a fantastic experience. Plenty of room, and lots of fun to drive!
