Top notch vehicle isn’t saying enough. The exterior is elegant and sharp. The interior is luxurious and cozy. There really isn’t anything this vehicle doesn’t have or can’t do.
I purchased A 2018 Cadillac XT 5, From North Bay Cadillac, and I must say, I could not be more pleased! Joey my salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the XT 5, and explained to me in detail, about the three different models in this series. He and his mgr Michelle made the purchase process, very easy, with a no sales pressure presentation, I highly recommend North Bay Cadillac, and Joey as a wonderful salesman¿ to deal with!!

2018 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum
The biggest, baddest vehicle we've purchased to date! Very comfortable, nimble, and the interior is fantastic. Interior is covered in leather and suede. 4 HD screens with blu ray players. Dual front seat massaging features. Dealer option Cadillac branded WeatherTech floor liner. Now we can take the kids on vacation without worrying about cargo space. Heck, I can even put a small portable potty in the 3rd row in case we pull into a shady looking gas station! I probably won't, but there is room back there for that. Best of all, we purchased it from a great dealer, Earnhardt Cadillac Scottsdale, AZ.
Keith Bobrick was excellent. He walked me through the whole process of buying a new car (in a timely fashion) and never bullied or pushed me. Never made me wait long either. Thanks a lot

Wonderful both as to pricing and condition at the time of delivery. We could not be more pleased and would buy again from this dealer in Texas. We will be looking at your inventory before purchasing another vehicle for our family.
This is my second purchase through Pepe Cadillac and there is an obvious reason why I keep coming back. The service I received from this dealership was and always has been exceptional. Escalade in it's Class

It's a car in its class, other then second row seats this vehicle is a nice ride, the back seats leg room is a bit tight and the center console take to much room from the rear seat access. With nearly 225" long the second and third row seats legroom are not adequate.
Otherwise the Bose audio system is amazing, the info center is Okay, the Steering column shift is way way out dated come on needs to be changed immediately.
This dealership is an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only will we be repeat buyers from this 21st auto group but Lawrence has a customer for life. He did headstands to find the exact car for us and we could not be happier with our purchase. We would direct any of our friends and family to him. Our purchasing experience was so effortless and the follow up service is just as great. If you're in the market for a used luxury car, this is the only place to go.

The ride is like floating on a cloud. Very very quiet. Outstanding sound system. We traded in a 2012 Escalade ESV ,which was a great vehicle but the 2018 Escalade ESV is fantastic.
I worked with Mike and was looking to get a used Mazda 3. Although my credit was fine, I guess i didnt have a strong enough credit history to get a loan with out needing a cosigner or more money down (both which I wasn't able to do). He explained my situation to one of his managers and i was told they will continue to work on getting me approved. Its been almost a month now and no progress has been made. I cant even get a hold of Mike. Ive called/texted him many times and he hasnt gotten back to me. If you cant get it done for me thats fine. But at least text me and give me an update so i dont feel so left in the dark. But anyway, although he seemed like a nice guy in person (never felt pressured), the fact that he kinda ghosted me put me off to this place. Probably wont ever come back or recommend this place to anyone. Get back to me and maybe ill change my mind..
