This car is our get-away car! It’s big enough to have all our stuff and family, when a hurricane hit us. Perfect for road trips!
Came to test drive a Regal Tour X as it appeared that such a vehicle was most likely to meet our current wants and needs. Christian was most helpful and the test drive went well. Decided to wait for a vehicle (already on order) which seemed more likely to match our preferences. Informed promptly when it arrived, drove it an completed the purchase with dispatch, thanks to Christian and Jon.
My 12 year-old car was making an unusual whistling noise when people were seated in the back which I suspected was emanating from the rear differential. It was time to move on. The salesman was very low key and made the purchasing process easy.

Very professional and “no hassle” sales compared to other luxury brands. Also, the prepaid service plan that was included in the vehicle purchase is a great option.

Wonderful both as to pricing and condition at the time of delivery. We could not be more pleased and would buy again from this dealer in Texas. We will be looking at your inventory before purchasing another vehicle for our family.
I found myself in Macon, Georgia for work in the midst of Hurricane Michael. One morning I left my hotel, intent on getting to the jobsite to continue providing critical backup power for the area hospitals. As I approached my field service truck I noticed with a sunken heart that my window was broken and upon further inspection realized that all of my tools had been stolen and my truck door had also been bent whenever the thief pried it open. I was very distressed of course and after filing the police report and notifying my employer I sought out a dealership to repair my vehicle.
My truck is a Chevrolet product. I could not find a Chevy dealer close to me to drive with broken windows so when I approached the staff at Hutchinson Auto Mall and explained my situation, I was pleasantly surprised to hear they were happy to fix my vehicle. The staff at Hutchinson went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Not only did they source a window for my vehicle and get it installed the next business day but they treated me extremely well. I am from out of state and now just realizing My whole livelihood had just been stolen. The staff at Hutchinson assured me that they would keep my truck locked inside the dealership overnight while they waited for the window to be delivered and they secured a loaner vehicle for me for the time period they had my truck.
I was very impressed by all of the staff at Hutchinson Auto Mall and I would encourage any person to go there for their vehicle needs. I will also be getting my new vehicle there too.
Good experience, enjoyed hot chocolate, donuts were good too!
Vehicle was ready earlier then promised, all washed and ready to go!

2018 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum
The biggest, baddest vehicle we've purchased to date! Very comfortable, nimble, and the interior is fantastic. Interior is covered in leather and suede. 4 HD screens with blu ray players. Dual front seat massaging features. Dealer option Cadillac branded WeatherTech floor liner. Now we can take the kids on vacation without worrying about cargo space. Heck, I can even put a small portable potty in the 3rd row in case we pull into a shady looking gas station! I probably won't, but there is room back there for that. Best of all, we purchased it from a great dealer, Earnhardt Cadillac Scottsdale, AZ.
Recently my husband and I bought our third Lexus from Superstition Springs Lexus. As with the last two experiences buying from this dealer, we have not been disappointed. Eddie and Mark were the two salesmen who helped us- which is another example of the professionalism shown by everyone at this dealership.
We had been in the day before and had to leave suddenly. Returning the next day, I mistakenly gave the wrong name when I asked if the gentleman from the previous day could finalize the sale. Thinking he was not on site, another gentleman completed the paperwork.
The general manager, knowing we had another place to be, did all that he could to expedite the sale. We were able to have a great car, at an amazing price, with a sale completed in less than 90 minutes.
We have NEVER had a problem with a Lexus and find the service department to be impeccable as well.

The ride is like floating on a cloud. Very very quiet. Outstanding sound system. We traded in a 2012 Escalade ESV ,which was a great vehicle but the 2018 Escalade ESV is fantastic.
I purposely avoid dealerships due to all the hassles, but my experience at Earnhardt Cadillac Chandler was amazing. I saw a vehicle online and made some tentative contact, not expecting much as I had not bought from a dealer in over 25 years. Everything worked out in the process and I have my new-to-me vehicle which was awesome. The team, Peter, Andy, Luke, had everything ready for me so when I drove in from Tucson, all I had to do was inspect, drive, sign and head home in about 30 minutes. Awesome experience.
Escalade in it's Class

It's a car in its class, other then second row seats this vehicle is a nice ride, the back seats leg room is a bit tight and the center console take to much room from the rear seat access. With nearly 225" long the second and third row seats legroom are not adequate.
Otherwise the Bose audio system is amazing, the info center is Okay, the Steering column shift is way way out dated come on needs to be changed immediately.
THE SALES TEAM WAS GREAT AS WELL AS THE FINANCING DEPARTMENT. I HATE BUYING CARS BUT THIS WAS A PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE. ILL DEFINITELY COME BACK AGAIN.
