Excellent salesman did in outstanding review on ATS 2018 Salesman will be looking for a ATS that will fit my knees Mr. Lawrence salesman was going to show me 2018 ATS but when we get to the car we found out that it just had been sold

This is my sixth car from this dealership, and my 3rd leased vehicle, to say i am satisfied would be an understatement. My Sales Rep David Gosh knows me so well that he brings the car to me with all the features, technology, looks and driveability, then works the plan to make it even more appealing.
Their team is great! I actually enjoy buying my car from them. Randy Mock is a good car salesman and treated me very well. He had to work hard to find the car I wanted. It was not easy. When I stop in for service at your shop, I always go over and say Hi to Randy! I enjoy talking with him.
The main reason I buy cars from Classic Cadillac - (This is my second) is because of their service center and 'Big Chad'. He does a great job and is a huge asset for the dealership. Big Chad has always treated me very professionally and has always done right by me and my car. He is a good person and the main reason I buy from Classic Cadillac. Even though I only know him through the short amount of time I spend at their service center to drop off and pick up my car, I can say that I trust him. That is key for me or I assume anyone when bringing your car in for service.

Great looking facility; friendly, warm, low key atmosphere, big inventory -- my sales consultant, David Goch, was a true pro who knows and loves his Cadillac brand. He even came in on his day off to help me get the Cadillac that exactly met my needs. The process was hassle free, pressure free and smooth. Classic is a well-run, customer focused operation for sure.
My 2014 Cadillac appeared to have a problem with the automatic leveling system in the rear as It seemed to be completly deflated and providing a rough, bumping ride on a county road. Upon reaching the expressway, it seemed to re-inflate and come back to life. I took it to Classic Cadillac to have the system thoroughly examined. After about an hour the technician and my service manager met with me and assured me that they could not find any defect in the system and it did not need any repairs. It appeared to be just an unusual occurrence with no explanation. I told them I brought it in because I knew they would tell me the truth and not fix something that was not broken. It is refreshing to be treated fairly and honestly by a business that I have found does the right thing, every time that I bring my car in for service.
I came in on a tow truck. My car doors would not unlock. Your service manager met me and showed me how to unlock the driver door with my 'emergency' key and had a technician jump start the battery and take it right into service where they tested the battery and found that it needed to be replaced, which I did, and was on my way in a short time thanks to John and Chad. Great service.
I had a really great experience at Honda Carland. My Salesman Ryan Walcott was so professional as well as personable. I was conflicted between two models and he very patiently kept showing me and test driving the two until I decided. NOT ONCE did he show a tiny sign of frustration, he repeatedly said he just wanted to make sure that I got the right vehicle. Once I decided, the rest of the process was quite smooth and quick. Lauren (my Finance Manager) made that process clear and effortless. I was very pleased with the options that were presented (without any pressure) to protect my new Odyssey. I am very pleased with the entire outcome. I am so happy with my purchase and everyone at Honda Carland made the experience great!

We were online car shopping and inquired about a vehicle. Within several minutes we were contacted by Lauren Bierria (client advisor). I was able to reach Lauren on the phone and we started chatting about the vehicle that I had inquired about. Long story short, we went the dealership, did a test drive, and bought the vehicle that my wife wanted. Lauren is easy to work with and he helped make buying this vehicle a pleasant experience. We would definitely deal with Lauren again. He is a nice guy and we enjoyed speaking with him.
I worked with David Bush and Travis Jones. They were extremely helpful, prompt and courteous. They also provided excellent customer service working out my lease pull-ahead details over the phone, which enabled me to quickly complete the paperwork once I got to the Hennessey Cadillac dealership to pick up my new car.

We now own our 3rd Cadillac Escalade. That alone should tell how happy we are with this car. Our experience with David Bush at Hennessey Cadillac is unsurpassed. We actually tried buying our last car at a different dealership and they misquoted the price, and the salesperson didn’t have the answers to many questions I had. We came to Hennessey Cadillac and found that David Bush knows knows his cars! The Escalade is full of so many bells and whistles and David helped me really understand how to get the most out of all that’s offered. Thank you for the great service!
It was a clean and nice dealership. However, the car I was looking at was too highly priced and even though I showed them other cars from other dealers with way lower prices, they wouldn’t negotiate. It was a waste of my time.
