Two days ago, I saw a 2014 Forester on Dulles Motorcars Jeep Dodge Chrysler Ram website and I contacted them. Only few minutes later, I received an answer from Cody Adams. He was extremely professional and respectful and did not mind answering all of my many questions. I liked what I heard from Cody and decided to go see the car. In less than one hour, I drove out with the car and had everything done! This dealership in NOT your typical dealership where the salesman goes to get the "manager" to pressure the customer! As a matter of fact, the manager came out and talked with me less than 5 minutes and left and allowed me to make my own decision without any pressure.

Exceptional. We put it together on the website and they had it built. It's an amazing work of art. Enough so that 2 people offered to buy it before it left the dealership. Gorgeous vehicle.

The 2023 Cadillac escalade is absolutely beautiful, it has more features than anyone needs, (which makes it fun) Nice technology. Beautiful interior finish, beautiful exterior. The only downfall was on delivery we had a cut in some leather that GM stated was not a factory cut and they would not cover it, as well as a scratch in the window that they did cover. I find it frustrating that they so easily can deny any damage to the interior even on the day of delivery! The part is $1500.00 for a small piece of leather armrest, thank goodness Hansen motors in Brigham City were amazing and stated they would take care of it. We love the car, I just wish the Big GM would be a little bit more proud of their delivery and do a little better on the Pre-delivery and have ownership when something maybe wrong.

This car has everything you can think of as far as Luxury and features. One of the most comfortable cars I have own a plus the very smooth ride and how quite the cabin is. Like I said in my headline Best car ever.

I was welcomed to the AutoBuying Service, very friendly staff, and ready to assist me from the moment I walked in. I had a trade-in which they looked at and offered me a great deal on. When looking at the options for cars James was only too happy to show me as many options as I wanted and was happy to answer any questions - as silly as they may have been. Going over financing they looked after me to get the best rate for financing and showed me options regarding the incentives that were available to me.

Head turner, comfortable ride, I have owned Excursions but this is a whole other level, room for the whole family and gear, a/c cranks, whish I would have bought one long time ago

The service department staffs are very professional and knowledgeable folks. Their professionalism make the stressful process of repairs stress free . I was really worried about my commute to and from home to drop my car for the service needed, but to my surprise they provided me with shuttle services. Dropped me at my home from the dealership and picked me up from my home after my car was ready for pick up. Thanks to Bill, service department manager who provided me rides to my home and back to the dealership.

My sales man was Sam, he was respectable, honest, and overall pleasant to be around. He showed integrity, I didn't feel as if he was trying to Hagel and play trickery games in order to get a sale. Worked with Kirk on the purchase of my Jag F-type R, and he was upfront and very helpful, and responsive prior to the sale, and I am confident will be now that I have purchased the vehicle. I gave 4 stars overall, but to be clear Kirk was 5 stars. Where things fall shirt is, they gave me an out the door prices, I sent back, adjust sales price, trade allowance and please adjust the ridiculous $950 document fee ( seriously ), with that said where I wanted my payment, and if they could reach that, I'd come in that day --- Which they did. So why only 4 stars and not 5 ? Because, No adjustment to price of car, no additional trade value, and still paid the xxxx high document fee... They got me to my price point, with a better interest rate. Yes that is great, and appreciated - but what is not appreciated is, that wasn't the 1st offering. I should have been provided the best rate, the 1st time. I want a dealer who is working with me, not the banks. For that, 4 stars not 5.
