This SUV provides you all that you could ever want a need. It’s Luxurious, Spacious, Comfortable, smooth ride, great on gas and has all the updated technology you can ever imagine.

We needed a large vehicle to transport kids and their stuff. It is the best car I’ve owned! Never any problems. Carfax will show a couple of issues, but will be explained to interested buyers. Needs to be seen and driven. It is a beaut! Only selling to upgrade to platinum due to sore backs. Second owner.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Upgraded from 2004, and got exactly what we wanted. It takes time, but we were patient. We finally found one local to us after months of searching.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

2018 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum
The biggest, baddest vehicle we've purchased to date! Very comfortable, nimble, and the interior is fantastic. Interior is covered in leather and suede. 4 HD screens with blu ray players. Dual front seat massaging features. Dealer option Cadillac branded WeatherTech floor liner. Now we can take the kids on vacation without worrying about cargo space. Heck, I can even put a small portable potty in the 3rd row in case we pull into a shady looking gas station! I probably won't, but there is room back there for that. Best of all, we purchased it from a great dealer, Earnhardt Cadillac Scottsdale, AZ.
Car was ready within 2 days. Body work looks excellent as though nothing had been damaged. Not expensive at all. " What they see is what they quote " Customer service is awesome. Great job!

For the first time, I have a brand new Escalade ESV!! It’s FABULOUS!! ALL 3 of my Children, my husband and I can fit and travel and NOT be cramped! So very excited, it’s been a long time coming and is just in time to start taking kids to college!!

The 2017 ESV has many more features than my did my 2012. The ride and the handling are greatly improved, as is the noise level. The navigation system is useable as opposed to the one in my 2012 which only annoy me. I'm having fun with it and look forward to learning to use all its bells and whistles.
I had a wonderful experience at Ken batchelor Cadillac. My service adviser Kathryn Bergin went out of her way to assist me with minimal impact to my busy schedule. My SRX was taken care of in a timely manner as she promised. Great customer service.

Wonderful both as to pricing and condition at the time of delivery. We could not be more pleased and would buy again from this dealer in Texas. We will be looking at your inventory before purchasing another vehicle for our family.
Love the look. It will handle in any type of weather. Safe and reliable. Cargo space is a little bit smaller due sunken space underneath. Lots of features that are automatic like headlights and wipers.
My salesman was very upfront and honest and made sure my needs were met!
Transmission problem and condenser hard to get

I had a problem with my condenser in the beginning of the summer twice and dealers told me it’s back order for 3 months I’m gonna have to stock up this winter for next summer. I had to pay $1000 after market to keep going for the summer. Transmission is kicking when changing gear at 10 miles dealer can’t figure out what’s wrong can’t fix it.
Today I visited North Park Lincoln, test drove a 2018 lincoln MKC & was thoroughly impressed first of all by the calibre & professionalism of 2 gentlemen who assisted me - Casper Kasperski & Isaac Loera. The level of professionalism & courtesy of these 2 gentleman was only equaled by the composed, quiet & supremely refined ride of the MKC I test drove. Far too often folks only leave comments when displeased however after my experience with this dealership I can say that politeness & professionalism coupled with phenomenal cars are North Park Lincoln's area of specialty. This dealership & car brand are now at the TOP of my list!!!.

This car is not lacking in any area. Powerful engine, stylish, head turner. Very smooth ride. The inside controls are the best looking and the sound system nothing compares.
I experience a subtle improvement in my vehicle's performance, as Carlos promised that the ~ 15000-mile maintenance would in effect bring the car back to the performance of a new vehicle.

My 2015 Escalade ESV was involved in a terrible accident! This SUV saved our lives! Safety features and driving support features like lane-departure which not only alerts you with a vibrating seat and tone, it will also steer you back into your lane. ESV is a must because as the kids get bigger, you'll need more room + room for their luggage. Cadillac also keeps the price high, so resale value should stay high, also. If you can fit this into your budget, the benefits will outweigh the cost.
