I bought my 2010 BMW from Exclusive Auto Group Inc. In early September. I had An incredible experience from the door in and from the door out. Working in the sales/customer service industry for over 15 years i have high expectations when I walk into establishments, especially where I'm being sold to (dealerships, furniture stores, galleries,banks, etc.) The thing that made me stop at exclusive on my commute home from Newark Penn was their line of attractive vehicles. I wasn't exactly looking to buy just yet, but I knew I wanted to purchase a new car in the coming months. I walked the lot briefly and was greeted by one of the sales reps who was extremely friendly and helpful. Of course she asked all the normal sales questions what i was looking for, how much i wanted to spend, etc.... I had answers for none of the questions. I just told her a specific payment amt i was looking for and i was browsing the lot and looking for something that might catch my eye at that . She wasn't to aggressive she told me to check out that lot and when i needed help just let her know. Shortly After I placed my eye on the 550GT and fell in love. She gave me the pricing details and i knew that it was definitely going to be above my budget and what i would probably even consider not to mention my credit was not good at all at that time. I then met with Carlos the Manager. Told him my situation and how much i could afford to pay monthly he looked at me with a straight face and said do you work? lol the rest was history he got me a lower payment then what i asked. FANTASTIC CAR!!!! drives great no issues after buying it ( I waited 2.5 months to write my review). I was able to get my plates before the dealer plates expired. Carlos was very great to work with. He made sure the process went flawlessly and no pressure on they buyer at all. He gave wonderful advice he was transparent and honest. I've bought a number of cars used/new and i would say this was my best experience. O by the way I purchased the car within 2 weeks after seeing the vehicle but of course that was after i left my small deposit to hold the vehicle. Lol as carlos says "business doesn't run off hopes and dreams". after leaving my deposit i visited about 6 other dealerships in the newark/irvington area as well as somerset county and i will say they all wasted my time telling me about my credit and offering me payments $150 more then what i told them i could afford when i first walk through the door. They were pushy. they did not actively listen, and didn't offer me the payment i was looking for until i left there lot. Carlos will tell you yes or no. no time for games. I'm a satisfied customer and will recommend anyone to this dealership. Carlos if you read this keep up the great work, keep the integrity and remain transparent.

THIS IS THE FIRST CAR IN 15 YEARS THAT I HAVE KEPT MORE THAN 2 YEARS. IT HAS STYLE AND CLASS NOT TO MENTION SPEED, YES I HAVE THE PERFORMANCE AN I LOVE IT.

Couldn't be happier with this purchae. It's a great looking SUV, very spacious and comfortable interior. It's definitely a smooth and quiet ride. It's a AWD so we just need to see if it handles just as well in snowy and icy road.

This car is an excellent value as a used vehicle. It has the high-end look, feel and features you'd expect from a Cadillac, but is very moderately priced as a used vehicle. Mine has almost 100,000 miles on it and looks, feels and functions like a brand new car.
I worked with Mike and was looking to get a used Mazda 3. Although my credit was fine, I guess i didnt have a strong enough credit history to get a loan with out needing a cosigner or more money down (both which I wasn't able to do). He explained my situation to one of his managers and i was told they will continue to work on getting me approved. Its been almost a month now and no progress has been made. I cant even get a hold of Mike. Ive called/texted him many times and he hasnt gotten back to me. If you cant get it done for me thats fine. But at least text me and give me an update so i dont feel so left in the dark. But anyway, although he seemed like a nice guy in person (never felt pressured), the fact that he kinda ghosted me put me off to this place. Probably wont ever come back or recommend this place to anyone. Get back to me and maybe ill change my mind..

I’m very disappointed ’’ with my SRX 2012 battery replaced won’t start after back in shop paid $ 120 in labor told me nothing found car is starting now ,,,condensation in side $425 repair on that lift gate won’t open now Cadillac service said another $ 500 to repair I’m pissed ’ thinking of trading it in Cadillac sucks ’

Great car with luxurious interior, panoramic sunroof, navigation, beautiful wood trim detail, sport shift or automatic transmission, fun to drive with responsive handling and great engine speed when you need it.

Extremely comfortable car for the long road trips and tough local commutes. Heated seats and steering wheel, along with remote start, make the cold winter morning commutes more bearable. Strong engine definitely a plus with the crazy driving conditions in the DC area.

From start to finish...Eric was professional, knowledgeable and so NOT your average car salesman (sorry guys). No game playing, no guessing. Did all he could to get me what I wanted and needed. It's no wonder I've been dealing with him and Robert Chevrolet for 14 years. Buying and or leasing can be stressful... but not here! A lot of inventory available, nice showroom and nice waiting area.

Following the maintenance schedule will ensure reliability, great performance and better than listed - gas mileage. It's also a very showy and attractive head turner as it shows like a new car due to the ming mirror finish application.
I worked with Samantha at the Garfield Ave location and the service was excellent. The staff was super friendly and very informative on what I needed to know. I would highly suggest going to see them if you are purchasing a Used car any time soon!

Pleased with this xrs. Also own the xt5 model. The car was purchased as a second car to remain in NJ when we return south in the fall. Have owned Cadillacs since last child graduated college. We have never been disappointed with Cadillac.
