My newly purchased 2014 SRX is the most luxurious vehicle that I've ever drove and owned. It far exceeded my expectations, even after researching other luxury crossovers and reading reviews on the SRX. Makes being stuck in traffic so much less stressful; at times, even pleasurable. Rides and handles like a dream too. Nothing but an exceptional vehicle with high praises in performance, looks, and comfort.

I bought this car just last week, went to take my granddaughters out for dinner and coming out of the restaurant I had problems seeing once I got out onto country roads without street lighting and bam. blind I could not see at all so I pulled over to see if we had a bulb out no.. so I checked the fuses no all ok, hmm I drove with brights on I felt like I needed to use the flashlight on my cell it would be brighter. I loved my CRX that I had before but now I am driving a coffin on wheels
Infiniti of Dayton, and specifically, Jerome Smart and Zack Field, are superb in all ways. Have worked with Jerome in the past and he is a first-class person as well as an honest and very energetic and competent sales manager. And Zack, although I have have just known him a short time, is very supportive and knowledgeable about all products. A joy to work with.

I wasn't planning on buying a Cadillac but I test drove one at my Lexus dealership and ended up driving at home. The only thing I have trouble with is touching the panel to adjust volume and fan speed.
This is our third Subaru, purchased through Harry. I think that says a great deal about this person. If we didn't feel like we were being treated fairly, we would have never purchased the first one. We love the car, but that is only half the story. The dealership is like a family member to us. The people in the sales, service and parts departments are first class. I am always treated as if I am their most important task for the day, and they do everything in their power to accommodate me and my request. They are good at providing advice, but not before they listen and understand what it actually is that I am requesting. As I tell everyone, they treat me like family.

the poorest lighting system I have ever had on a vehicle. night driving is dangerous. I have the Cadillac srx luxury edition. I have all the safety packages. I thought I had all the bells and whistles. this car does not have fog lights. I did not realize this when I purchased the vehicle. ever year the lights seem to get dimmer.

We feel this is the very best car we have ever owned, it rides wonderful, it has so many luxury items. The best seats ever, it is really fast, so great to drive.
This is a great dealership all around! Ryan Stuber was our salesman and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We leased a new Explorer and love it.

This car which is the premium model is packed with a lot of features found in more expensive cars. A lot of them can be programmed to suit your preferences. I like the voice command, heating and automatic lights and doors programs. With more than 300 HP, it has enough power to get you out of tight situations.

I???ve worked in the business as a Sales Manager and knew I was upside down on my trade. The car is great for someone looking for a "sporty" crv. It's a luxury car and drives like one. I love the amenities especially sunroof
My lease was expiring soon so I was combing the area GM dealers while looking for my next car. Even though they were a bit of a distance for me they provided the best pricing and best customer service of any of the dealerships that I visited. My salesperson David went more out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the car and the purchase than any salesperson that I've ever encountered. Everyone that I came in contact with at the dealership was excellent and I would highly recommend checking them out!
I recently made an appointment at Speedcraft Acura to have my passenger air bag replaced. Overall, my experience was top notch. I will definitely be back for future service or to purchase my next vehicle.

A rod broke in the engine at 82,000 miles. I'm replacing the engine for $7,100.00 and not covered under warranty. We the tax payers bailed out GM to the tune of $10,000,000.

Todd Rust does a fantastic Job! Always keeps me informed upfront as to repairs and cost as well as time frame for completion. Everyone I have dealt with at Karl Tyler goes above and beyond! The multi-point inspections as well as a nice clean vehicle are a welcome bonus. I would recommend them to anyone, and have for vehicle purchase and product support

There is Cue problems IT FROZE they said WE HAVE TO REPLACE To FOR $1664.58 The cue only lastED 4 years REALLY !! and the headlight problems WE HAD TO REPLACE THE WHOLE HEADLIGHTS BECAUSE IT WAS TO DIM .. which was 1000.00and we had to pay $500.00 !! no button for gas tank door thingie
Best dealership by far that we have been to. Facility was very comfortable with good healthy snacks and beverages you want. Buying process was very quick and car was fully service before taken home. Averall rating is AWESOME. Thank you staff.
