Compared the disaster BMW X5 4.0e that I own the Cadillac SRX was a standout winner in any comparison. Gas mileage was OK. Onstar is peace of mind at cheap price and unlike the BMW app, the Cadillac iPhone app works every time to lock/unlock or pre-heat/cool the car. I will NEVER make the mistake of choosing a BMW crossover over a Cadillac again.
For the most part, this dealership is not bad and are legitimate. I could be picky about certain things with my car purchases and the years I’ve been with them, however at the end of the day, they always take care of me as a valued customer and I appreciate the service.
Very professional experience. My second lease through Jesse. I recommend family and friends to him and Arnie Bauer alike. He and Alyssa worked hard to make my deal happen.

Great car. Cadillac sold me a damaged car without disclosing the damage. Dealership sold and I had no one left at dealership to support my claim . Bought over a million dollars in cars from GM and they refused to fix my car.
Jesse was absolutely wonderful!! I was so blessed to have had him to help me out!! He has the bar raised high!! Thank goodness for Jesse!!!

This car is extremely, dependable, comfortable, has many comfort features above and beyond even a luxury vehicle, the safety features are superior. I will never own anything but a Cadillac again, this is my second one, and I will remain a loyal Cadillac customer.
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.
Very reliable vehicle.

I think the car is stylish. It is definitely the right fit for my family and me. The car seemed to be in excellent condition. What I like most about the car is, it rides so smoothly and it handles very well. I almost feel like I'm floating on a cloud while driving. My last car purchase was 20 years ago and I have always purchased foreign cars, but I think I will stick with this brand! I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase.
John Howard is an incredibly helpful friendly pleasant man!!! Service is always good. Every time I make an appointment I have been accommodated. The wait time never exceeds what it should.
Only issue I have is the headlight s.

My driver side the headlights I'm not happy with that is dim. I took it to the dealer he said he re-adjusted the lamp but still didn't correct the problem. Now I must purchase to bulbs not happy at all. I brought the car in 2016 with very low mileage. If I miss something please let me know this is my retirement car.

Typically I buy a used vehicle so I can afford all the luxuries that come with a fully loaded model. The Cadillac SRX Premium is no exception. It has so many options I am still trying to figure them out. Heated and vented seats with memory settings and lumbar support, moon roof, and bose sound system to name a few. I love the body style and the fact it gets a near 5 star safety rating. It is everything I expected in a mid-size luxury SUV.
In the passed I always brought my car in for service and I have been totally. However, this one particular time which has been recently I have some concerns about my repair in which I do believe I will have to take my car back to the dealership to rectify an issue in which I thought as a loyal customer my service would have been much better.

Beautiful in color and performance. The interior was beautiful in color and easy to maintain. The exterior was also easy to maintain. All maintenance issues were taken care of in a timely manner.
This dealership is absolutely wonderful. Bought a new car back in October with Mohamed as our sales person. We were there for hours because we weren???t exactly sure what we wanted, but they were all very patient with us and let us test drive many different vehicles until we were finally happy enough to settle on one. Everyone that we spoke with was very friendly and very helpful
