Purchasing a new vehicle from Rippy Cadillac was an unexpected pleasure. My wife and I were looking for a vehicle with some features not commonly found in southeast North Carolina. Sales rep Doug Griffen listened to our sometimes differing requirements, offered suggestions to improve the overall vehicle package, searched for and shipped in the perfect match. Justin Bass clearly answered any number of various warranty and finance questions. Sales, Finance and new vehicle Prep Service all combined for an excellent selection and purchase experience.
I have always been wary of salesperson, often with good reason, but you have helped to redefine the stereotype.
