I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I've bought 3 Cadillacs from Ed Morse Brandon and I will continue to return. It is a very well-run business with phenomenal customer service both in Sales and in Service. I've always been taken seriously and catered to, whether finding the right vehicle to buy or lease, or simply coming in for regular maintenance. I usually have something very specific in mind when purchasing a vehicle and the team at Ed Morse has come through each time with the perfect car! My current CTS sedan that is decked out like a "V" (but not a V!) is the coolest car ever. When I've had questions about service related items, my service guy (Mike) always gets right back to me and never hesitates to resolve issues immediately over the phone, when possible. When visiting the dealership for service, the waiting area is comfortable and well-appointed with snacks, beverages, etc I can't say enough about this place and will continue to be a loyal customer.
I was going to go to one of those quick drive-through places to get an oil change, and it would have cost more than $60! I went to the Brandon Auto Mall and was taken right away, relaxed with a cup of coffee, and paid $29! Much better deal.
Brad was great and accommodating. They had the car that I wanted and made it relatively easy. It took a little longer than I planned for for the whole process but that is at no fault of the salesman, more of the corporate part.
Looked at BMW 7 Series, Tesla day before...and left with a new Tahoe thanks to Finian Mayotte and everyone there. Larry, John and Adam all played a role in flipping a 35 year BMW driver (4 of them)...to a Chevy Man...Cox Chevrolet is the reason from the minute we walked in the front door. The vehicles all look brand new on the outside and interior. The prices are great. My only suggestion is to have the car checked independently before buying it. I have purchased 2 cars from here. The first on had a the side mirror signal go bad a week or so after purchase. No way they could have known that beforehand. The 2nd car, my wife got stranded because the battery was bad and the mechanic said it didn't look like the correct one for the vehicle. I also had to replace all the tires after a month and the front brakes are only "a couple months from needing replaced" too. All told, the tires, brakes and battery cost me about $1200, but I probably saved more than that because it was sold much cheaper than anywhere else, so it's a give and take here.
I want to thank everyone at EVO. Motors for a excellent experience. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything about the purchase of the car I bought. I especially want to thank Daria and Zac. They are excellent employees that make sure the customer is satisfied with their purchase. I would give them both a raise and bonus!
I have never bought a car were the salesman did not try to pressure me. Fred was wonderful, at no time did he pressure me. He let me look and test as many car as I wanted to. I made my decision on my own. I would recommend this dealership to anyone . Not only are the cars beautiful and priced amazingly, but the service is outstanding. Tina
