I found a 2014 Lexus GS350 online at Andrews Cadillac that I was going to get for my wife's birthday. Thinking the car would be perfect for her, I flew to Nashville from Charlotte, NC to inspect and test drive it. For many reasons, I decided it would not work for her and I was prepared to leave fro the airport empty handed.
After discussing what her needs were and our budget Scott Levine suggested I test drive a 2014 ATS Performance with same miles and extended warranty, way more bells and whistles than the Lexus and better comfort for me (6'4"). We arranged to have a transporter pick up the vehicle the next day and waiting for me in Charlotte when I returned.
From day-one, Scott went out of his way to provide all the info I needed to make an informed decision in a completely pressure-free manner. I ended purchasing this vehicle from them because of the comfort level I had in our dealings. I WILL BE BACK WHEN IT'S TIME FOR ME TO BUY MY NEW TOY.

THIS IS THE FIRST CAR IN 15 YEARS THAT I HAVE KEPT MORE THAN 2 YEARS. IT HAS STYLE AND CLASS NOT TO MENTION SPEED, YES I HAVE THE PERFORMANCE AN I LOVE IT.
I found a car online and thought I'd give it a shot. I didn't live near Andrews and had never done business with them or knew anyone who had. Over the course of the next week, salesman Scott L. went out of his way to provide all the info I needed, but in a completely pressure-free manner. I ended purchasing a different vehicle from them because of the comfort level, and their followup after the sale is top notch. I will be back.

I think the car is stylish. It is definitely the right fit for my family and me. The car seemed to be in excellent condition. What I like most about the car is, it rides so smoothly and it handles very well. I almost feel like I'm floating on a cloud while driving. My last car purchase was 20 years ago and I have always purchased foreign cars, but I think I will stick with this brand! I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

My newly purchased 2014 SRX is the most luxurious vehicle that I've ever drove and owned. It far exceeded my expectations, even after researching other luxury crossovers and reading reviews on the SRX. Makes being stuck in traffic so much less stressful; at times, even pleasurable. Rides and handles like a dream too. Nothing but an exceptional vehicle with high praises in performance, looks, and comfort.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

Compared the disaster BMW X5 4.0e that I own the Cadillac SRX was a standout winner in any comparison. Gas mileage was OK. Onstar is peace of mind at cheap price and unlike the BMW app, the Cadillac iPhone app works every time to lock/unlock or pre-heat/cool the car. I will NEVER make the mistake of choosing a BMW crossover over a Cadillac again.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

We bought the first car we test drove. Has all the bells and whistles and performs great. Not as big or smooth as the DeVille, but it's nice to be up higher.
We bought neaaly 10 vehicles over the years from Michael’s motor Company. Staff is always friendly, courteous, ethical, and honest. Their pricing is reasonable, they offer excellent extended warrantees for sale , and they always do everything possible to ensure a fair and reasonable transaction. This week, we bought a Nissan Ultima from them, and they are delivering it to our home in East Tennessee in a couple of days. How’s that for service? We only buy our vehicles from Michaels Motor Company. Here’s a learning opportunity for those of you who have written bad reviews because of the cars performance: buy an extended warranty. You’re buying used vehicles, for Pete’s sake. What did you expect?

I think it is a beautiful car (not everyone agrees). It is very comfortable. Electric 3rd row seating, rear A/C, electric sunroof running length of car, all wheel drive are some of this car's special features. Well maintained and gargaged. Only two owners. Has On-Star capability, XM radio capable, Lojack, and Bose Stereo.

New Tires were added to the vehicle, that was greatly appreciated!. Disclosure of Med. Level scratches were not identified on cars.com.............Dealership was Friendly and very helpful with the Loan Paperwork! One disappointing thing was only 1 set of keys..................I should have asked for a further discount with only 1 set of keys............My wife was not to happy about that..............

The Cadillac SRX was an excellent vehicle and I would highly recommend it, however, they no longer make this model. This vehicle was a functional and dependable SUV.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

My driver side the headlights I'm not happy with that is dim. I took it to the dealer he said he re-adjusted the lamp but still didn't correct the problem. Now I must purchase to bulbs not happy at all. I brought the car in 2016 with very low mileage. If I miss something please let me know this is my retirement car.
Came to get a vehicle and was greeted at the front door with a smiling face. Waited no time for Phillip to help me and my husband out. Choose from 3 vehicles. All in great shape. Phillip was great to work with. Will recommend all my friends.

Great car. Cadillac sold me a damaged car without disclosing the damage. Dealership sold and I had no one left at dealership to support my claim . Bought over a million dollars in cars from GM and they refused to fix my car.
We travelled from AR to make our purchase with Bostelman Auto.
Made the purchase with 2 phone calls and when we arrived we spent less than an hour ,including test drive. Sales team was 2nd to none. Great job and we look forward to doing more business in the future.
Luxury at a reasonable price.

This my second SRX Premium and 2016 was the last year in production. This vehicle fits my lifestyle and needs to a "T". Features galore and a joy to drive. My only complaint would be the ride is a bit on the rough side, but other that, a great all wheel drive SUV.
Top notch. Selection is great. From Sales to Service unbeatable. When you leave a dealership knowing all your checklist items have been met, that says a lot. I purchased my previous vehicle from Guy and he has consistently delivered a quality vehicle and stands behind the sale.

Very comfortable ride. Love the height from the ground. Only downside are the headlights, the low beams are completely inadequate. The high beams are great.
The friendliest group of people I have encountered while trying to purchase a vehicle. No hassling, haggling, or pushy attitude came from anyone. It was no time at all from test driving to owning the car. Thank you!

Nice, comfortable ride with plenty of room for a smaller SUV. Very stylish. I really like the feel and look of this ride. Would definitely recommend .
Jeremy was very polite and helpful even going so far to send me pics of the truck before it was listed. He called to check on our experience even a couple of times after we drove it off the lot.

This car is extremely, dependable, comfortable, has many comfort features above and beyond even a luxury vehicle, the safety features are superior. I will never own anything but a Cadillac again, this is my second one, and I will remain a loyal Cadillac customer.
Latef and his crew were wonderful. Got us the lowest interest financing i jave seen at 3.5 %. Vehicle was well below book value and was in pristine condition. Feel safe with Absolute Auto Center and Latef and his crew. Look forward to doing business witj them in the future.

The ride is smooth and quite. Good storage. Excellent head and leg room. Love the Bose radio and speakers. Many options that make driving fun. The sunroof is amazing.

Center CUE system doesn't work

My ex-wife and I own one as well as another person I met at a gas station while pumping gas asked me if my CUE system worked. All three of us have the same problem. This model should be recalled as I understand that the mechanic at a Cadillac dealer said that is a real problem that costs $1200.00 to repair. How long will Cadillac allow this defect to go on without fixing it. I go out of my way when asked by people that I meet how I like the car. I have taken it to a local Cadillac dealer and they as well says that it is a major problem. Cadillac has an undercurrent of very unhappy car owners sharing their opinion of the problem with all interested party"s. Not good publicity.
There was a vehicle I really wanted however we weren't able to make the deal happen, it's very upsetting but life does go on and I've moved forward with another dealership in getting my dream car.
