I purchased a beautiful 2012 BMW 528i from Iconic Auto yesterday. This is a small dealer but I was impressed with the quality of their cars and the attentiveness of their staff. You can tell that the vehicles they choose are carefully selected using a high standard. The owner, Hayden Horton, was warm and helpful and best of all he was not off-putting like many car salesman types. I worked on my deal with Tyler and he was great in every way... friendly, helpful, and he listened to my needs to help me feel comfortable in the deal-making process. Mr. Frank Benitez was our sales associate and we told him that we did not want to do the back and forth sales dance that usually occurs at other dealerships. Mr. Benitez went to the sales manager only once and the deal was done. This was one of the fastest sales experiences for a new SUV. The finance department was fast, and explained everything well. I highly recommend Parks Chevrolet and Mr. Benitez when looking for a new vehicle.
First off I have never liked going to car dealerships they are usually on top of you before you have a chance to get out of the vehicle. This was not the case at all with Modern Nissan. My wife and I looked around with no pushy salesman. When one did come over he was very friendly answered all our questions and was never pushy. After a couple days of thinking about it we called and told them the vehicle we wanted I answered some questions and texted my info to them we went in after work signed the papers and out the door no haggle no wait a great all around experience. I
Took my car in for an inspection. Got a free alignment check. Was in and out quickly. My service rep Tommy was great. Kept me informed. Even the service manager Mr. Jenkins met me before I left to ask about my visit. Great Experience
We traveled from Asheville to Hickory to look for a car, and so happy we did. We hate car shopping but this was the best experience. Our salesman, Justin Parker was incredible and he was so helpful and not pushy. We will happily make the trip to Hickory for any further car needs.
Bought a 2018 Equinox LT AWD. Was told it had fog lights ( looked like it did) Only to realize when I needed them later on that they weren’t there.... still waiting for a response from the sales manager And the sales person who sold the car to me. Both tried to tell me at first that the head lights are HID and are replacing fog lights.... I wanted fog lights and i wouldn’t have bought the car without them. I’m very disappointed that the communication (via phone/ text) went just silent without any resolution from either employee of this dealership. I do find this rather unprofessional. I do like the car, but it’s not complete.
Needed four new tires. Williams Subaru has an extensive stock of high-quality tires with full descriptions of each online so you can easily make comparisons. Installation and alignment went very smoothly, and I am very pleased with the end result.
Williams normally does a good job, however the last oil change there left my engine block covered in oil. I was driving to Columbia from Charlotte a few days later when the oil began to burn off, convincing me there was a problem. The folks at the Subaru dealership in Columbia cleaned it up for me.
The staff truly tries to help every customer that comes into this dealership. Marsha has the heart of gold and truly is passionate about what she does. Salesman James Hines was great. He was very personable, great attitude and a pleasure to do business with. He was honest about the vehicle and worked to get me the best price possible. I would buy from this dealership and this salesman again.
I researched and found the low mileage Porsche Macan Turbo in the color and desired options. Only about 6 cars in the Southeast that met the desired specification. Great price- lower than some higher mileage Macan Turbos in the used car market. Fair value on my trade and easy buying experience.
