They had so many sales that day it took longer to prep the car for delivery than it took to close the sale and sign all the papers. A disagreement on the down payment prevented me from getting a car I had looked for and wanted for an extended period of time.. initially the agreement was for a full cash down payment equaling $2,100... I told them that I could possibly be willing to trade my current car in as part or the whole amount down.. from there on they told me that they could only take my car as trade in for $ 1,000 .. (noooo) and then on top of that a $1,000 cash...well I didn’t want to take 1000 for my car so I said I could do the 2000 cash.. they said the banks refused the cash and would only do it with the car as trade in.. I told them I didn’t want to use my car as trade in once again , and they gave me a buyback option on my own car for $1300.... none of it made cense to me as being in a consumer position.. So in the end I didn’t get my dream car although I was willing to pay 100 more in a cash down payment.. sad day
