Car needed an overnight stay, loaner car via Enterprise was readily provided which was much needed, as per spouse working and this dealership being 45 miles away from our house. Service department, to include Brett (the creative do it all kind of guy), played well as per being personable and straightforward with needed repairs. We have purchased two cars from Nick Jr. The salesperson was friendly, but not pushy. They have a good variety of used cars that are in good condition. They honor any warranty issues and repair work is done in a timely manner.

My car is 15 years old. I've had it for ten. I got 29.5 mpg on my trip to Santa Barbara over Easter. Problem is is that is doesn't always start the first time. Supposedly has 'extended crank' which could mean the check valve in the fuel tank. The local dealer never could figure it out. To repair it will be cost prohibitive, so my search for the XT5 continues.

I see where a lot of people are commenting on the dealership not getting back in touch with you. I have to say that's a completely different experience that I had. I sent them a message about 3 in the morning. Before 11:00 a.m. that same day they had already reached out with a phone call and an email. The car that I was inquiring about why is that one of the brands largest motor in it so I wasn't interested in buying it after talking to that. The person I spoke with was very polite understood what I was looking for. He even asked if they come across something like that but with the engine that I want would I like a call back. I told them absolutely who knows it could be a month from now and I still have it found what I'm looking for. I just thought that was pretty nice of them. Also I don't know anybody at this dealership none of my family or friends work there. I know sometimes people think if you write a nice reply where there is mostly negative that it's the dealership having friends and family post these comments. That absolutely is not me. I just believe if I'm quick enough to leave a negative review I should be just as quick as to leave a positive review. They are listening I can say is what I believe might be happening is that people might not be leaving their phone number. I honestly don't know if that is it or not.

I purchased my 2005 xxx in Oct 2006. Today, July 5, 2022 I still have it. I loved it when I saw it. Loved it more as I drove it daily. Loved it most when the durability of the design literally saved me from external injuries after a horrible accident. The body shop repaired it and today it still purrs like a kitten. I am a Cadillac woman. Other cars will do, but Cadillac does it for me!

Our 2008 Cadillac has 120k miles on it. Looks and smells brand new. Can't tell its used.. Wow.. What a car! We service it regularly, and my wife is not a big traveler. What is impressive is that nothing has gone wrong with it, other than regular service work..

Sporty car with plenty of get up and go. Excellent leg room front and back. Color changes with the daylight and sometimes appears silver or metallic light green. Only 1 other driver besides seller.

I’ve owned this car since 2008 and it came with 9000 miles on it, now it has 69,000. The only thing I’ve had to do is brakes, tires and batteries. No I got a headligh that gets water in it and now the bulbs blown on the low beam. You have to remove the entire front bumper cover to replace it outside that it’s been really reliable, I can’t complain too much.

There was one problem I discovered two weeks after the purchase, that was not under warranty and they did not have to make the repair, but Elvis the Service Mngr. took care of the problem without charging me. My husband and I had this car from 2012-2018 and it rode so smooth. We live in an area with quite a bumpy road and you can barely feel it when driving. We had the platinum edition which made the interior and exterior really nice with the chrome features outside, and wood grain on the inside. I loved having the speedometer on the windshield because it makes it really convenient not having to look down and check the speed. Overall, this was my favorite car to have!

What a gem. I had been looking at cheaper Buicks and found this one. Even though it was a bit out of my range I checked it out and man it's nice. The miles were low, the car looked new, and the staff was on it. Ma and pa are kinda lot but the guys there are so nice and helpful. The patient Salesman Alex drove 4 cars with me and was so friendly and nice. We settled on a nice Kia and could not be happier. Every one of the 4 cars was sweet. Then when we decieded we on our way home 15 minutes later with a new car! So happy
