AutoNation always has awesome customer service! I highly recommend this dealership for anyone, especially those buying their first car. Their hospitality is unmatched and I?ve been to over 5 Toyota locations.

A few issues… car is loud on bumpy road. Would expect more from Cadillac. Options for dash customization are lacking. No time or temp in front of you. Seat belts should snug like Mercedes. Seats are comfortable and power is there. I know I’m being picky but you should expect no road noise.

Over all car maintenance smooth & professional. Need some sort of policy/posting for customers who are in the waiting area lounge to not play audio out loud on their cell phones in the lounge, very annoying.

My second Cadillac and a wonderful vehicle. Love the style and responsiveness. Great gas mileage and a smooth quiet ride in almost all conditions. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Lizz from Adams Auto Group. I purchased a 2017 Mercedes Benz GLA 250 and Lizz was nothing short of amazing. She handled everything so good. She made sure that I was comfortable with the vehicle I was getting .. she made my experience great. She was so business oriented from the time I came in, to the time I had to speak to finance for them to assist me further .. Lizz kept her word on everything and that goes a long way.. Greeted with several disappointments coming from an Audi. Regardless, my next vehicle will be another Cadillac or Lincoln. I my opinion the XT4 is the best looking compact suv.

I located a Dodge challenger at this dealership that was decently priced , So I took a trip fully expecting to buy and my first impression after meeting with Mario that it was going to be an easy sale for both of us. . He was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the sale did not happen when I was offered $17,000 for a 2019 Subaru Legacy all wheels drive premium in mint condition always garaged and serviced on time , no accidents clean record with 50,000 miles knowing it would be a hot item soon with snow arriving. Some how they dropped the ball with the offer. Obviously I did my research owning my own business and I understand they also need to make a profit so I expected at least $19 since they are on line selling in new England for $28,900 some with 65,000 miles above, I was very dissatisfied so I did visit another dealership in Connecticut that had a same year challenger for same price but went above my expectations for my trade in . I prefer to support local . I am still recommending using Bourne and please ask for Mario as he deserves the sale.

A pleasure to drive. Virtually no turbo-lag, responsive, comfortable and stylish to boot. My Premium Luxury has all the optional packages including massaging seats (great for my wife, who suffers from chronic back issues). Drove many competitors, but none could measure up overall to this SUV.

Only have the XT 4 for a month. Really enjoy it. Gas mileage could be better but everything else is what I anticipated. Priced just slightly more than "lower priced SUVs."

Just purchased my 2023 XT4 and I love everything about it! I purchased from Cadilac of Mahwah in New Jersey and I could not have had a better experience! They were wonderful!!! Super easy to work with, no issues at signing like I have experienced at other dealers. The whole process was super easy! Hate car shopping but this overall experience at Mahwah Cadilac was incredible! The car itself is so deceiving it looks small but the interior has so much room the options are amazing! My 6 foot three son even commented how he is no longer feeling squished like he was in my previous SUV. Highly recommend the XT4 and Cadillac Mahwah and trust me I am not easy to please!!! My sales representative was Paul the manager and paperwork was with Cirillo and they both went out of their way to be so helpful and attentive!

This car is the perfect size for a small SUV. it's stylish, comfortable and has plenty of room and power. I like the features it has and the Infotainment system except i am having issues playing music from a USB thumb drive. Cadillac is helping me with this issue now.

During COVID no-one is driving too far however this XT4 is just what I needed to get me around economically and have some fun doing it. I can pack all my golf gear and anything else I need.

I’ve owned Japanese and German luxury cars. Bought the XT4 to try American luxury. You can find plenty of reviews saying good things and bad things about the XT4. At the end of the day, it is a great car (properly loaded). It is not the best bang for the buck. It is a good bang for the buck. My XT4 is fully loaded, and I’m happy with it.

I bought and picked up a CPO 2015 Armada from this dealership (that is 120 miles away) and couldn't have been treated better. Very pleased with Juan Guerrero’s service, we had issues adding the car to our insurance but he was amazingly patient with all of that. I will definitely recommend anyone to go and see him! However I can not say the same about the finance person, he was making rude comments about my job and not very pleasant.

This car is fun to own but it is very light & I feel it in its handling. I like it’s styling, interior & exterior & stereo.

We have bought many, many cars over the years, one with cash even, no trade in at a different dealership. That was a pain. But this last truck we bought at Westlie Ford was actually a fantastic experience. They gave us a very fair deal on our trade in. They didn’t jack the price up on the one we bought, and we got a fantastic interest rate. And to top it off there was a minor matter with the truck we did not notice when we drove off the lot.
