I found a 2014 Lexus GS350 online at Andrews Cadillac that I was going to get for my wife's birthday. Thinking the car would be perfect for her, I flew to Nashville from Charlotte, NC to inspect and test drive it. For many reasons, I decided it would not work for her and I was prepared to leave fro the airport empty handed.
After discussing what her needs were and our budget Scott Levine suggested I test drive a 2014 ATS Performance with same miles and extended warranty, way more bells and whistles than the Lexus and better comfort for me (6'4"). We arranged to have a transporter pick up the vehicle the next day and waiting for me in Charlotte when I returned.
From day-one, Scott went out of his way to provide all the info I needed to make an informed decision in a completely pressure-free manner. I ended purchasing this vehicle from them because of the comfort level I had in our dealings. I WILL BE BACK WHEN IT'S TIME FOR ME TO BUY MY NEW TOY.

I bought an off-lease 2017 with 36k miles. I've driven it for a couple of months and love it so far. The auto stop/start takes a little getting used to, and if I'm going through a drive thru I sometimes pull it down into Manual just so it doesn't stop and start so many times.
The exterior styling turns heads, and the interior is very luxurious and comfortable. It's a true pleasure to drive, and the automatic braking has already prevented a possible collision in a parking lot. The lane keep assist is also a great feature, especially if you are someone who gets sleepy driving.
I found a car online and thought I'd give it a shot. I didn't live near Andrews and had never done business with them or knew anyone who had. Over the course of the next week, salesman Scott L. went out of his way to provide all the info I needed, but in a completely pressure-free manner. I ended purchasing a different vehicle from them because of the comfort level, and their followup after the sale is top notch. I will be back.
Worst car ever

I own and SRX before and was much better than this XT5 I only have 13,000 miles and the transmission don’t work, the car sounds like a tractor and feels like you are driving a big truck, horrible experience and for the first time the dealer is not cooperating enough. I wish I keep my SRX instead of spending so much money on this horrible car.
I purchased a 2014 Cadillac CTS Coupe. My overall experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Scott Levine was professional and made my buying process expedient yet efficient. The entire time I honestly felt as if I was purchasing something from family. I couldn't be more happier than I am with my purchase, and I will continue to do business with Andrews Cadillac!

This car surpasses all my expectations. I couldn't be happier. I plan on this probably be our last car. There is absolutely no reason to try to improve on perfection.
Received implacable service during the vechicle choice, purchase and after market upgrades process. Daniel went above and beyond the requirements of a salesman. The Genius Bar representatives are great as well.

Have owned Equinox LTZ, Equinox Premier and this is a few notches above for sure. A lot of creature comforts, as well as safety features that are simply automatic and comforting. Feels solid, is quiet and has enough power.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

I am 74 yrs. old and have owned many cars in my lifetime. All were General Motors from Oldsmobiles, Buicks, Pontiacs and Cadillacs. The ride comfort has gotten better and better. The styling has gotten sleeker and always have to take a second look. Most importantly is the confidence a driver has for the dependability in the name Cadillac.
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

I would love it if they could get it to stop making so many noises sounds like marbles in the hubcaps but there’s no hubcaps feels like the front end and the whole underneath of the car is going to fall apart very embarrassing especially when I pull up at a gas station or in a parking lot people say what is wrong with that car I have had it at the dealership 12x’s

Comfortable looks good but it is the most embarrassing vehicle I’ve ever owned drive down the road sounds like marbles rolling around hit a bump sounds like Carr just fell apart krinks more than me and I’m 65!!!
Had a great experience working with my sales guy, Scott Levine. Scott knew all the ins and outs of my car and made me an expert after my purchase. He helped me enjoy the experience. The sales manager, Joey, was also very friendly and helpful in select a ridiculous fast sports car sedan for my liking. Always have had good experiences here and will continue to my home for new cars. Thanks as always guys!

My husband and I were helped by Scott Levine and I really can say we had a great experience. Not only was he very thorough and took the time to try and find a good deal for both of us, but he actually came to our house and helped us figure out our cars and to bring paperwork to us. We have four small children so it is difficult to bring everyone out to the car dealer so Scott offered to come to us to get my car for service while my husband was at work. I have never had anyone offer to help me like this and I am very grateful. Not once did I feel like we were just some customers that he needed to get a sale out of. I highly recommend this dealer and ask for Scott!
