We went to other dealerships and they had an attitude. They thought they were doing us a favor for allowing us to buy a car from them. One dealership actually sold the car we were buying and didn???t tell us. When we went to pick up the car they tried giving us a different car. Ed Morse Cadillac of Delray Beach made buying a car a pleassure. Paul Betteridge followed up and made sure everything was right and Alan Berkowitz was so pleasant and went out of his way to please us. Kasey Salman took care of a few things that had to be fixed with a smile. Great dealership.

Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!

First rate experience throughout. The CPO vehicle was in very good shape with low miles and Nicole Stem , the sales person was first rate???well informed, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with, as was her manager involved in my transaction.
I am very satisfied with the services starting with my friend Cesar who helped me find cars for my budget and to my old friend Konstantine who also works at Auto Nation by suggesting to get a better car and they will do the financing. However, I was able to get a better auto finance from my bank and Cesar made everything possible to have my second car ready for me which is the Hyundai Elantra.

My battery died and I used the Roadside Assistance service for the first time. Within a couple of hours, my car was fixed right on the spot. Great service!
