I bought an off-lease 2017 with 36k miles. I've driven it for a couple of months and love it so far. The auto stop/start takes a little getting used to, and if I'm going through a drive thru I sometimes pull it down into Manual just so it doesn't stop and start so many times.
The exterior styling turns heads, and the interior is very luxurious and comfortable. It's a true pleasure to drive, and the automatic braking has already prevented a possible collision in a parking lot. The lane keep assist is also a great feature, especially if you are someone who gets sleepy driving.
I had been shopping around looking for the best deal on a 2018 or 2019 GMC Terrain. Steve was the only salesman who took the time to look at all the different Terrains and the only one who understood my crazy schedule. He even stayed after hours for me! He is very personable and honest. My husband and I have found our lifelong car salesman I will never go anywhere else! Steve really is a great guy and works for the customer. He even took time out to show me every detail of how to work all of the buttons and electronics in the car and made sure I had everything set up before I left.

Have owned Equinox LTZ, Equinox Premier and this is a few notches above for sure. A lot of creature comforts, as well as safety features that are simply automatic and comforting. Feels solid, is quiet and has enough power.
Great buying experience and was treated very fairly. I ordered my vehicle so they took me through the process and kept me updates. I traded in my car and again felt I was treated fairly. Nothing fancy just good people dong a great job.

Comfortable looks good but it is the most embarrassing vehicle I’ve ever owned drive down the road sounds like marbles rolling around hit a bump sounds like Carr just fell apart krinks more than me and I’m 65!!!

I would love it if they could get it to stop making so many noises sounds like marbles in the hubcaps but there’s no hubcaps feels like the front end and the whole underneath of the car is going to fall apart very embarrassing especially when I pull up at a gas station or in a parking lot people say what is wrong with that car I have had it at the dealership 12x’s
We are previous Cadillac owners and knew the XTS4 was the one for us. We researched this important purchase by on line sites as well as lots of local test drives. When looking at the Norwood Cadillac site, we found the exact car for us and at a great price. I contacted Nicole through the on line portal and much to my surprise, was contacted immediately. We came down the next day and were warmly greeted by George Belovich as soon as we entered the service floor. We drove the car and made the deal within 45 minutes thanks to George's expertise and obvious experience in sales. When it came to pick up our XTS4, he explained the many features of the car to us and made sure we understood everything before we left. I am 74 yrs. old and have owned many cars in my lifetime. All were General Motors from Oldsmobiles, Buicks, Pontiacs and Cadillacs. The ride comfort has gotten better and better. The styling has gotten sleeker and always have to take a second look. Most importantly is the confidence a driver has for the dependability in the name Cadillac.
I purposely avoid dealerships due to all the hassles, but my experience at Earnhardt Cadillac Chandler was amazing. I saw a vehicle online and made some tentative contact, not expecting much as I had not bought from a dealer in over 25 years. Everything worked out in the process and I have my new-to-me vehicle which was awesome. The team, Peter, Andy, Luke, had everything ready for me so when I drove in from Tucson, all I had to do was inspect, drive, sign and head home in about 30 minutes. Awesome experience.

I own and SRX before and was much better than this XT5 I only have 13,000 miles and the transmission don’t work, the car sounds like a tractor and feels like you are driving a big truck, horrible experience and for the first time the dealer is not cooperating enough. I wish I keep my SRX instead of spending so much money on this horrible car.
Todd Rust does a fantastic Job! Always keeps me informed upfront as to repairs and cost as well as time frame for completion. Everyone I have dealt with at Karl Tyler goes above and beyond! The multi-point inspections as well as a nice clean vehicle are a welcome bonus. I would recommend them to anyone, and have for vehicle purchase and product support
