I found a 2014 Lexus GS350 online at Andrews Cadillac that I was going to get for my wife's birthday. Thinking the car would be perfect for her, I flew to Nashville from Charlotte, NC to inspect and test drive it. For many reasons, I decided it would not work for her and I was prepared to leave fro the airport empty handed.
After discussing what her needs were and our budget Scott Levine suggested I test drive a 2014 ATS Performance with same miles and extended warranty, way more bells and whistles than the Lexus and better comfort for me (6'4"). We arranged to have a transporter pick up the vehicle the next day and waiting for me in Charlotte when I returned.
From day-one, Scott went out of his way to provide all the info I needed to make an informed decision in a completely pressure-free manner. I ended purchasing this vehicle from them because of the comfort level I had in our dealings. I WILL BE BACK WHEN IT'S TIME FOR ME TO BUY MY NEW TOY.
I found a car online and thought I'd give it a shot. I didn't live near Andrews and had never done business with them or knew anyone who had. Over the course of the next week, salesman Scott L. went out of his way to provide all the info I needed, but in a completely pressure-free manner. I ended purchasing a different vehicle from them because of the comfort level, and their followup after the sale is top notch. I will be back.
We have leased in excess of 15 cadillacs thru Ed Morse and have never been disappointed. Our sales rep Karen Barrese is very detail oriented and pleasant to work with. She is always is available and is anxious to make certain her customers are satisfied and feel good about their purchase. Carlos in the service dept is also great to work with and will always try to solve your problem.
Tom Henion contacted me several times to offer his assistance in finding my next leased car...he was knowledgeable, friendly on the phone and couldn???t have done more to help me find a vehicle that met my needs. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely encourage my friends to call Tom in the future. Thanks for a great experience...I love my XT5
I took my mom to Sutherlin to buy a new rogue and was treated like royalty. I can't complain at all because the whole staff was totally on point 100%. My mom won a cruise and we are headed to the Bahamas soon. I love the yippee ya yaee commercial on the radio!! Awsome awsome awsome!!

I was from out of state and did my shopping using cars.com. I am self employed and was looking for a specific car. They had the best price by far due to the no negotiation pricing structure. We did everything via email until the last day when I called. They sent me exact numbers so I could review. I drove up on a Saturday morning and left with my SUV in 1 hour. I know he has ironclad integrity, but also demonstrates great tenacity in solving all situations. Once Dan takes control, I relax knowing that my vehicle will be serviced to Dan's exacting standards. I trust his judgement implicitly. The entire Crest Service team is always extremely thorough and professional. Anyone who complains about dealer service hasn't been to Crest. i do not know or care to learn about cars. Therefore, I go to McCaddons. Jon Berry has been pro-active in caring for my car, with full knowledge that I do not know abut cars. He makes recommendations in a language I can understand and then does the needed work. Better yet he does not recommend unneeded work. I will continue to trust the personnel and service.
Ponlue the Internet Sales Manager found what we needed and gave us more than what we thought was possible. Because of him, my family can now rely on me to be the provider. He is very personable, honest and friendly. I forgot that I was at a car dealership! Great job and life saver!

Tony is a true believer in Subaru cars or else he fooled me. He spent 4 hours with me informing my questions, being patient as I decided, and educating me on my choice....my kind of sales person! This is my 3rd Subaru, starting in l988. I always get more than 250K miles on them before I change. I'm a happy Subaru driver.
