I bought an off-lease 2017 with 36k miles. I've driven it for a couple of months and love it so far. The auto stop/start takes a little getting used to, and if I'm going through a drive thru I sometimes pull it down into Manual just so it doesn't stop and start so many times.
The exterior styling turns heads, and the interior is very luxurious and comfortable. It's a true pleasure to drive, and the automatic braking has already prevented a possible collision in a parking lot. The lane keep assist is also a great feature, especially if you are someone who gets sleepy driving.
Having purchased 6-7 LS since 1991 (one 430 from Scanlan) I had to buy my last two LS460s from Orlando. Why, their volume and price. Each time I gave Scanlan and Germain a chance, neither stepped up to find the car I wanted. I met Heather Cotorakas a few years ago and she made me promise to give her a shot when I was ready to buy a 2018. We talked in April before I headed North, and when I returned in October - she "made it happen". Heather knows her cars, knew my choice of LS500s and was able to come to a price and trade in that was executable w/o hours of haggling. Good to buy locally again. Thanks, Heather.
nothing better than a Cadillac

I am 74 yrs. old and have owned many cars in my lifetime. All were General Motors from Oldsmobiles, Buicks, Pontiacs and Cadillacs. The ride comfort has gotten better and better. The styling has gotten sleeker and always have to take a second look. Most importantly is the confidence a driver has for the dependability in the name Cadillac.
Tom Henion contacted me several times to offer his assistance in finding my next leased car...he was knowledgeable, friendly on the phone and couldn???t have done more to help me find a vehicle that met my needs. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely encourage my friends to call Tom in the future. Thanks for a great experience...I love my XT5
Worst car ever

I own and SRX before and was much better than this XT5 I only have 13,000 miles and the transmission don’t work, the car sounds like a tractor and feels like you are driving a big truck, horrible experience and for the first time the dealer is not cooperating enough. I wish I keep my SRX instead of spending so much money on this horrible car.
We love Jane. She always does a great job of keeping our Cadillacs running in top shape. Please give her a big raise and tell her that Bob and Jeannette Sloat are two of her biggest fans.

Have owned Equinox LTZ, Equinox Premier and this is a few notches above for sure. A lot of creature comforts, as well as safety features that are simply automatic and comforting. Feels solid, is quiet and has enough power.
My experience was exceptional as has been in previous visits.
I appreciate the focus on making the best deal for all parties concerned. I
know I can count on Val Ward to back up their warranties and to make any
corrections and repairs as needed in a responsible and timely manner.
I deal exclusively with Val Ward because I place a high level of trust in
their integrity to treat me fairly and honestly.
I really like the upgrades over the SRX.

Although I miss simple things, as a CD player, I really like the performance and interior upgrades. The XT5 is smooth, comfortable, and has the space wee need.
Val Ward Cadillac does a fantastic job with service. Friendly people, clean and comfortable waiting area and great work make this the perfect place for service.
Most embarrassing vehicle

I would love it if they could get it to stop making so many noises sounds like marbles in the hubcaps but there’s no hubcaps feels like the front end and the whole underneath of the car is going to fall apart very embarrassing especially when I pull up at a gas station or in a parking lot people say what is wrong with that car I have had it at the dealership 12x’s
Comfortable looks good but it is the most embarrassing vehicle I’ve ever owned drive down the road sounds like marbles rolling around hit a bump sounds like Carr just fell apart krinks more than me and I’m 65!!!
Excellent experience and great customer service. We had just arrived in Florida when we had car trouble. Online chat with dealer helped ease the situation. Would recommend online chat with dealer rep for quick answers. Overall was A+
