I worked with Mike and was looking to get a used Mazda 3. Although my credit was fine, I guess i didnt have a strong enough credit history to get a loan with out needing a cosigner or more money down (both which I wasn't able to do). He explained my situation to one of his managers and i was told they will continue to work on getting me approved. Its been almost a month now and no progress has been made. I cant even get a hold of Mike. Ive called/texted him many times and he hasnt gotten back to me. If you cant get it done for me thats fine. But at least text me and give me an update so i dont feel so left in the dark. But anyway, although he seemed like a nice guy in person (never felt pressured), the fact that he kinda ghosted me put me off to this place. Probably wont ever come back or recommend this place to anyone. Get back to me and maybe ill change my mind..
I had wanted a Cadillac for the last 5 years and finally bought a 2015 ATS. This is my favorite car thus far and I traded in a Mercedes! The process to purchase the car was a little awkward since I wasn't financing through them but we worked everything out. It's been almost 2 years and she's still perfect. And that's saying something because I bought a high mileage, former fleet/sales vehicle. My uncle who lives in Queens recently traded in his 1000 year old DeVille for an XTS because he likes mine so much. Great sales and service all the way around. I highly recommend visiting if you're interested in a Cadillac.
Through the process of searching for a vehicle, I had become very disheartened and disappointed in the experience. That is, until I met Joe from DeCozen Jeep Dodge. He was respectful of my time, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He took an experience that I had started to dislike more than the dentist and made it fun and pleasant.
Wanted a new car, but didn't think we could afford what I wanted. Wanted an XT5, but then I saw the XT4. We drove it and instantly loved it. Ron, the salesman was very accommodating and we ended up buying the smaller version. The dealership is beautiful and everyone there was very nice. My favorite was when I picked up the car they had a ribbon and bow on the steering wheel with my name imprinted and congratulating me on my purchase. Made me feel special.
I want to personally thank you for fixing my tire on short notice. Your professional attention in replacing a blown out tire on my 2014 CTS was indeed very appreciative. Coming home from out of state to pickup a friend and leave the same day was great concern on 8/27/17. You were very courteous in seeing I was taken care in the minimum of time. From start to finish Brogan Cadillac and especially Kristina Stepanenko showed an amazing sense of professionalism. Kristina was very kind, caring, and courteous throughout the whole process. Also showed a great deal of knowledge about the car that makes any car buyer feel comfortable about their buying expierience. Had a situation where I hit a pothole and ruined a tire, contacted a couple of more local dealers to get Road Hazard repair as I live about an hour from flemington. The local service centers once they heard that the vehicle was NOT purchased there, had reasons as to why they couldn't get to it. I called the flemington service desk, the service representative not only made room for my service call, but arranged for a loaner as well. Maria was assigned as my contact and she kept me appraised of the progress of the repair. As well as calling the road hazard insurance company and coordinated the coverage with my needs. Two days later, I got my car back with four new tires (another one had a slow leak and needed replacement), at a very reasonable price.
