Didn’t get to purchase a vehicle but the team at Massey seemed to be very helpful. Only when asked to negotiate on a used vehicle we got a no from the start! This is my reasons for going some place else.

I've read some negative reviews about the service department at Massey Cadillac North Orlando. I had no problems at all. I believe if you go in with a positive attitude and treat others,like you want to be treated. You'll get further in life. Shawn,the service manager,was very helpful and took care of problems that were not necessarily Cadillacs problem. They want to keep their customers happy and they definitely achieved that. I'll never regret purchasing a car from them. Customer service is very important to them and it shows. I'll be a lifelong customer of theirs. Be positive and get positive results!

Lowell was my salesman, and I found him to be very straightforward with no shenanigans that are common in the car industry. I was looking for a used car and found one on Cars.com that was at Massey Cadillac. Drove down to see it and the car was there but another couple had purchased the vehicle 1 hour before I got there. Salesman said I should have called but I didn't, my error. He said that he would look for another vehicle with the colors and equipment I wanted. One week later he called and said that he had another Caddy that was what I was looking for and he would reserve it.
The car was exactly what I wanted and they gave me a great deal on it.
Doing the paper work was a little tedious but am completely satisfied with the overall dealership.
very quick response on the phone .sales staff new exactly the vehicle I was talking about .after I dragged my feet for two days the salesman called and told me the car was just sold.I never had a dealership call me and tell me that in the 60 years of buying automobiles.
