Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about the Cadillac cars and equipment. We were asked a number of times if we wanted beverages or coffee. Everyone that we came in contact had our interest at heart. Very excellent customer service.
I did not buy my car at Symes, but have serviced it here since it's the closest dealership to my home. Roll Lee has been my customer service point of contact and she's fantastic. She called and emailed me to keep me abreast of what was happening to my Escalade. The waiting area is very clean and always stocked with over standard refreshments. I love the coffee machine and bagels. The driver who initially took me home was very friendly. Roll even took the initiative to ask me if I would like to get a quote for a new car to compare to the cost of the repairs. John in sales reached out to me immediately and responded to my questions promptly. My overall experience with Symes team was nothing less than stellar. Thanks Roll and Symes for a great experience. Symes Cadillac provides outstanding customer service.
Customer service at Symes Cadillac is the primary reason I purchased my automobile and plan to buy a new XT5 in the coming months. The service department at Symes makes it worth buying a Cadillac. I recently had to have several issues resolved on my SRX Premium Luxury AWD, which could have been a drama, but instead I was completely accommodated so that the repairs were entirely stress-free.
The Service Manager, David Taylor, sets a great example of how luxury service should be done. David Taylor is committed to excellence. As well, in the past, Diana Cervantez and Oscar Romero in the Service Department have provided outstanding customer service always maintaining knowledgeable insight regarding questions I had; however on this most recent visit, Service Representative, Roll Lee elevated the Cadillac brand immensely with her exemplary service.
Roll Lee provided a completely pleasant and positive experience in every aspect of the repair process. The repairs were done properly and efficiently and she kept me informed and advised throughout the entire repair timeline. Additionally, wherein I had concerns about issues, she managed the entire project -- sparing me the frustration of figuring out what to do and/or determining with whom I need speak. Roll Lee is awesome.

Took my 2013 SRX in for scheduled service (oil change, tire rotation, etc..) and Oscar, Roll and the team took great care of me and my needs.
