We have been coming to this dealership for over 20 years for most of that Ann Smith has been our service advisor and we fully trust her to give a great service I highly recommend this dealership. Right now we have two Chevrolets and a Nissan and they service all of them and we've been quite pleased.

I needed a new vehicle and had decided to upgrade from my previous cars. A Cadillac was on my short list, so we started with Napleton Cadillac in Rockford. As we were looking at the cars, we were greeted by Alex, who brought us into the showroom to chat so he could find out more about us and what we were looking for. We took a beautiful new XT5 out for a test drive, and then went back in to chat more and get more information. I told Alex that I was just beginning my search, and he very nicely asked if he could give me a card, which of course, I took. Over the weekend he emailed me to explain current offers and rebates. After looking at a few other brands, I decided on an XT5, so we went in the following week to further discuss a purchase and look at a few new and preowned cars. Alex took the time to explain the specs on each one, making sure that I understood what each car had to offer. He wanted to make sure that I would be happy with the model I chose. Buying a car is a long process, but the Napleton showroom is very comfortable, and the fresh coffee and snacks kept us going! By the time we finished with the purchase, night had fallen and I wasn't comfortable driving a new car in the dark. Alex offered to have it delivered the next day. My beautiful new XT5 arrived the next morning at the appointed hour, freshly washed and detailed. Alex stayed to help us set up our Onstar service and get acquainted with my car. The overall service was simply impeccable. From the beginning to the end, I never felt any pressure, and everyone at Napleton made us feel very important and welcome. I am very happy that I chose to shop locally and that I chose this dealership. I want to thank Alex for making the whole process easy and pleasant. Five Stars!

Found the car with the mileage we'd been looking for. Drove from Tallahassee, FL. to Ocala, FL. and Sullivan's to trade our existing car in on the 2019 Mercedes. In and out in just over 2hours. Stopped by the Autonation Cadillac dealership to get more information and take a look at the new 2026 Lyriq. It has changed a bit this year. I met John Hoover. He is the most knowledgable Car Sales Person I have met in decades. He actually showed me things about the car that I didn't see/know from my online research. We left the dealership to think about the cars we had seen that day. Four days later, I returned to purchase. The process was very smooth. I met Mayara in the finance department and she had me on my way quickly. I will defiinitely return to Autonation and John for my next one.
