Used Cadillac XT5 for sale near Stone Park, IL under $899,990

I've been looking for an EV9 for about a year and kept coming up against not being able to fit it into my budget. Finally, Rockwall Kia, specifically Malena and David, were able to find an option that would work! We live about 4 hours away, and during that time they found solutions for every obstacle every step of the way, including getting us a charger adapter for our drive home. We are THRILLED, amd the whole ride home in our new car (which felt like floating a spaceship down the highway) was surreal. We're looking forward to many happy years in our family's new vehicle.

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

I and my wife have always had EXCELLENT service and respect for Andrew and his team members. We first got introduced to Spitzer Northfield by Darrell Zasnuskie a salesman and friend. Andrew was doing service appointments and repairs when we first met him some 12-13 years ago. We had issues with our 2010 Buick that he painstakingly birddogged and resolved our vehicles issue, after a ridiculous amount of effort corrected our issue. 3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

When researching Ford pickup trucks on the internet Chris Kelly from Bowen Scarff Ford in Kent, WA responded to the chat window. He helped me through the whole process of ordering the exact vehicle I wanted, their policy of the no dicker price was fair with no hassle of the 1-2 hours going back and forth in negotiations. There was never any pressure to buy, only there to help. What a difference that made! Chris always answered my questions promptly when I asked while the truck was being built and yes I had a lot of questions as this was my first time buying a new vehicle and special ordering one on top of that. If Chris was off for the day when I had a question another salesman stepped right in and answered my question. I was able to track the progress of the build on the Ford website. Once the truck was delivered to Bowen Scarff, they surprised me and had it ready to go that next morning. Chris even came and picked me up at my home and brought me down to pick up the truck! After filling out the paperwork I was handed off to finance. Even here there was no pressure at all to purchase the ?extras? if I said no, he said ok and moved on. No trying to persuade me into it. My overall experience here was the best I have ever had at a dealership. The best surprise of all and may seem little to some was when I got in to drive away it had a full tank of gas. We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

I love everyone with whom I've dealt with at Banks, particularly my salesperson, Kevin. Even procuring an extended warranty from the manager was painless and non-threatening! They were a joy from whom to purchase. Kevin has stayed in contact , as promised, to keep me informed about important follow-ups. Most recently, I returned to Banks to have a more thorough detailing done on my 2022 Buick Encore Gx and have a second key fob made that had been owed me at the time of purchase. The whole team did a knock out job on my car, offered me a loaner car to ease the burden of wait time and kept me informed of timing. I purchased the 2020 Cadillac XT5 midsize crossover based on the stylish looks, comfortable ride and optional V6 engine which takes regular gas. The panoramic sunroof, electronic precision shifter and interior design adds to the overall driving experience. The ride is good, but there is more road noise than expected probably due to no under carriage engine shield which makes the cabin not as isolated as it could be. Also there should be as standard equipment a rear mirror camera due to poor visibility. It appears many used Cadillac XT5 have some minor rear damage when checking the Carfax report.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. The XT5 appearance does distinguish itself from a lot of SUV's out there. I bought vehicle from a lease return and it looks like it belongs on the show room floor
