Low pressure and straight forward

The sales manager and staff were cordial. I dislike car buying because it’s usually high pressure and high stress. At long, we discussed the car, agreed on price and proceeded through the purchase process. There was no haggling or pressure put o on by the dealership.

This car is the last of the luxury over performance vehicles from Cadillac. That being said handling and performance are decent enough, but clearly lacking when compared to others in the same market segment. The main pros are a quiet cabin and ultra soft ride. Cons, down market interior appointments and a CUE system that can be downright frustrating at times. Overall a good proposition if you are looking for uncompromising space, a reasonable level of quality, and have an affinity for the Cadillac name plate.

This is a great car for the money and in my opinion you can't go wrong with a Cadillac!! I've owned 15 of them, flipped my first one when I was 16 and it saved my life....been sold ever since. This is a great car tho, responsive and rides like a dream, drives like one too. She always turned heads everywhere we went, thats not because of her shoes or shades but because Cadillac means something...it used to mean something and still does today unlike many things these days.

Overpriced and lacking in all aspects.

The site posts a beautiful certified Cadillac, we call to make sure it’s still there and get there as soon as they open. The car is out front and gorgeous, from afar. It’s used so there’s typical wear but we’ve been told it’s gone through in and out. Get in and the touch screen panel doesn’t work. “That will be replaced if you buy the car, it happens with this model.” There’s stains, but they can’t be removed. The brakes pulse and when slowing down from normal highway speeds, the alignment is so bad when I let go of the wheel I’m almost in the breakdown lane. All that stuff should have been handled before it was on the lot but whatever. Get back to the dealership and walk around the car, there’s some scratches so I ask if they would be buffed out. “The car has already been looked over in an out by our guy so everything that can be done, has. But We can give you a color match stick.” Then I get to the front of the car and there’s a crack so bad in the front clip you can rock it back and forth. Almost two inches. I ask if anything will be done. He says probably not. But still we go inside. I smile and say hello to the other salesman and am not acknowledged, whatever but still off putting. So we sit down and he writes our my info and the price of the car, we talk about my concerns and his attitude shifts. The front clip won’t be replaced because it would cost them too much money. The stains can’t be removed because their guy already went through and said so. He can put the car in the shop about the breaks and alignment but it’s already gone through it’s inspection. Again. Whatever. I’m a car girl, been working on them and in shops my whole life. But also I’m a car girl and I’m being treated like an idiot. He goes to his manager and comes back with 500$ Off the price. I said I know he can do better than that. Especially with the giant crack. He leaned back, crossed his arms and said “Maybe this isn’t your car.” We get up to leave, and we pick up the sheet with all MY PERSONAL INFORMATION on it and he says it’s dealership property. Sorry Matthew, you need nothing of mine. We left, drive to Cadillac of Norwood, I worked with an AMAZING dealer named Maryann. The whole staff was happy and actually singing along with the music playing through the dealership and I bought a gorgeous Cadillac. I even met the owner who thanked me for my business. The touch screen worked and the scratch I saw will be filled painted and taken care of before I pick up on Wednesday. Go to Cadillac of Norwood.

Hi, I recently purchased a 2017 GMC Canyon SLT from another dealer with 1650 miles on it and something called Teen Driver was active on it. The dealer I purchased it from was unable to reset the Teen Driver mode and suggested I call GMC. After multiple calls to GMC, OnStar, and trips to four other dealers who all told me they had never heard of resetting the Teen Driver, I spoke with a women named Cassidy in your Service department who took down my contact information and told me that she would look into the issue and get back to me. The next day I received a call from Chris Proteau who had asked me to stop in when I had time and he would be happy to look into the issue for me. I stopped in to Lannan Chevrolet after work and Met Chris who took a look at my truck and was able to reset the computer in a matter of minutes. The great customer service that I received from Chris and Cassidy was exceptional and beyond any service experience I have received at any other dealer.
