I had a problem with my leased car and the service I got from Marino was excellent. They took care of the problem. Also the sales person Rochelle was the best. She really knew how to help me and guide me in the right vehicle. Thank you north bay.
Greg P was the best car salesman ever. Ray from the finance / account manager area was extremely kind, caring and took his time to explain everything to me. This was probably my best car purchasing experience ever.
Having my Cadillac serviced at Sarant couldn't be easier. They don't have a swanky waiting room like you find at some other luxury car dealerships, but every employee there truly makes you feel like a valued customer, from the service manager to the custodial staff.

The service has been wonderful from the first time I brought in my car for service. The purchase of our New XT -5 from our salesperson John Nassour easy to work withand very professional. Your dealership is neat,clean and makes one feel extremely comfortable. Thanks for having such wonderful people that work your dealership as well as the service you provide.
Jeffrey Martinez, Kevin Lynch, Harry Perez are all Top of the line, A1, and Saints! Cadillac of Greenwich is an amazing establishment with an amazing group of people. They made the process pain free, as the car buying experience can be painful. My family, and I couldn't be happier and highly recommend Cadillac of Greenwich and the big 3 Jeffrey, Kevin, and Harry.
This is my second purchase through Pepe Cadillac and there is an obvious reason why I keep coming back. The service I received from this dealership was and always has been exceptional. The service at Bay Ridge Chevrolet was great. They opened early and had no wait. Burt was great because he explained everything wrong w my car in detail and proposed solutions. And when I went to pick up my car, I felt like it was brand new. A plus.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I bought my 2010 BMW from Exclusive Auto Group Inc. In early September. I had An incredible experience from the door in and from the door out. Working in the sales/customer service industry for over 15 years i have high expectations when I walk into establishments, especially where I'm being sold to (dealerships, furniture stores, galleries,banks, etc.) The thing that made me stop at exclusive on my commute home from Newark Penn was their line of attractive vehicles. I wasn't exactly looking to buy just yet, but I knew I wanted to purchase a new car in the coming months. I walked the lot briefly and was greeted by one of the sales reps who was extremely friendly and helpful. Of course she asked all the normal sales questions what i was looking for, how much i wanted to spend, etc.... I had answers for none of the questions. I just told her a specific payment amt i was looking for and i was browsing the lot and looking for something that might catch my eye at that . She wasn't to aggressive she told me to check out that lot and when i needed help just let her know. Shortly After I placed my eye on the 550GT and fell in love. She gave me the pricing details and i knew that it was definitely going to be above my budget and what i would probably even consider not to mention my credit was not good at all at that time. I then met with Carlos the Manager. Told him my situation and how much i could afford to pay monthly he looked at me with a straight face and said do you work? lol the rest was history he got me a lower payment then what i asked. FANTASTIC CAR!!!! drives great no issues after buying it ( I waited 2.5 months to write my review). I was able to get my plates before the dealer plates expired. Carlos was very great to work with. He made sure the process went flawlessly and no pressure on they buyer at all. He gave wonderful advice he was transparent and honest. I've bought a number of cars used/new and i would say this was my best experience. O by the way I purchased the car within 2 weeks after seeing the vehicle but of course that was after i left my small deposit to hold the vehicle. Lol as carlos says "business doesn't run off hopes and dreams". after leaving my deposit i visited about 6 other dealerships in the newark/irvington area as well as somerset county and i will say they all wasted my time telling me about my credit and offering me payments $150 more then what i told them i could afford when i first walk through the door. They were pushy. they did not actively listen, and didn't offer me the payment i was looking for until i left there lot. Carlos will tell you yes or no. no time for games. I'm a satisfied customer and will recommend anyone to this dealership. Carlos if you read this keep up the great work, keep the integrity and remain transparent.
Deluxe auto sales is one of the best dealerships I???ve been to... clean cars indoor show room nice inventory I purchased a 2015 Ford Mustang GT My sales person was Adonis Garcia, he greeted me as soon as I walked in... wasn???t pushy as your usual sales person he simply advised me on my purchased & helped me get a better loan then what my own bank was offering I would highly recommended deluxe auto sales and Adonis Garcia If you???re looking for a car go see Adonis at deluxe!
Went to buy a pre owned. The salesman had no clue what his inventory was lol. Your selling 25k+ cars. Wear a suit. And don't know inventory.
