I recently purchased a used 2026 Tesla Model Y Long Range from CORWIN TOYOTO in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I worked with Sales Lady Jana Lillie and Finance Manager Scott Bartlett. Switched from a BMW 5 Series to the Cadillac XTS. It is far superior than the BMW and Jaguar XJ previously owned. Both of those foreign extractions were money pits. I purchased the X with 66,000 miles on it and have not experienced the failures other reviewers have lamented so I question the authenticity of their review. The XTS is, in my opinion, one of the most alluring cars on the road today, 2023. It has great presence and commands attention. By far the best car I have ever owned and its reliability has not disappointed. The Platinum trim interior is exquisite. It did, afterall, win Ward's 10 Best (automotive) Interiors of 2013. Definitely a keeper. Get one.

Grant, Cody and Jeremiah were great. Years ago I had a horrible experience at this dealership but todays experience was awesome. They each took very good care of me and made my buying experience memorable. With this team I would purchase from them again.

We had 2 DTS before the 2013 XTS4. It compares very favorably with the exception of visibility, which is worse if you are of shorter stature. Comfort and convenience are very good and the quiet, handling and suspension are excellent. The trunk holds easily as much as the DTS. There is a tiny amount of vibration at speed, perhaps a result of the AWD, not annoying. Our family loves the car overall. We have a 2019 CT6, it is 5” longer but doesn’t feel bigger. The XTS4 is about an inch+ taller, and has the heads up display, overall I like it better.

They contacted me immediately for an appointment for a test drive. Very polite and professional. I had to cancel due to a snowstorm but rescheduled easily and politely. Two days later I received a call that the car sold. So my experience was strictly with phone calls but Was a very positive impression.

This is my second xts had a 2014 and have a 2019 . Unfortunately the last year of production. Great car. Cadillac built a large sedan like the ct6.

Mostly always a heart breaker! Have stated this many times before...to no avail! No initial person assigned to place a paper mat on your floor and collect your keys or move your vehicle to a unconscious location..no service rep to greet you with your request etc etc...

I’m a Caddy guy and have owned 2 previous to this XTS. I Love the size, color, styling, comfort and ease to drive. Perfect car for long trips ...with its enormous trunk.

I have a 2013 XTS Platinum. I brought it with 46k miles on it. I now have 209k and had 0 issues out the engine and transmission so far. I want a newer CT6 or a 2019 XTS but I'm not in a rush because this car has been the most reliable car I ever owned

The cad is a dream to drive. have had it 7 months due to Covid 19 I have put less than 1500 miles on it hoping to make a trip to Arizona next winter. I really like this cad.

Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I bought this car in July 2020 w/30M...it was a rental rocket in EXCELLENT condition...tires were 8/32 so had recently been replaced before I purchased...the only repairs I've needed to do were both common with the XTS - had to replace that worthless CUE system because it froze and wouldn't respond to the DIY reset...also had spider web in the glass, another common defect...had leaks in the rear shocks, another known issue with the XTS...other than those 2 things this car has been amazing...the best Cadillac I've owned and this is my 12th one...I've been driving Cadillacs most of my adult life and this by far the best one, to the point I don't even mind having to replace the 2 items I mentioned...currently have 67M and only had to change the oil and rotate the tires

I’ve owned Cadillacs since 1979. This is by far the best fit for size and comfort. Not a “boat” but big enough for a family trip.

Only negative I could say about the company and it isn?t really a negative is that they don?t accept my vehicle warranty and other dealerships do and it has been proven to pay out on claims. Other than that the service they offer is great

Great ga mileage very dependable 4 years purchased new off show room floor V6 spirited driving good handling 30.5 MPG on long trip at 70 mph go 85 mileage drops to 27.5. Good ride firmer seats with they were a bit softer over all zero mechanical issues Liked it better than bmw and Audi I drove
