Everything was excellent but the total price to fix my car labor was 5 times the price of the parts. Grant it we had the money but just weeks before Christmas we spent almost 900 dollars there goes Christmas but thanks for fixing it in a timely manner.
I found myself in Macon, Georgia for work in the midst of Hurricane Michael. One morning I left my hotel, intent on getting to the jobsite to continue providing critical backup power for the area hospitals. As I approached my field service truck I noticed with a sunken heart that my window was broken and upon further inspection realized that all of my tools had been stolen and my truck door had also been bent whenever the thief pried it open. I was very distressed of course and after filing the police report and notifying my employer I sought out a dealership to repair my vehicle.
My truck is a Chevrolet product. I could not find a Chevy dealer close to me to drive with broken windows so when I approached the staff at Hutchinson Auto Mall and explained my situation, I was pleasantly surprised to hear they were happy to fix my vehicle. The staff at Hutchinson went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Not only did they source a window for my vehicle and get it installed the next business day but they treated me extremely well. I am from out of state and now just realizing My whole livelihood had just been stolen. The staff at Hutchinson assured me that they would keep my truck locked inside the dealership overnight while they waited for the window to be delivered and they secured a loaner vehicle for me for the time period they had my truck.
I was very impressed by all of the staff at Hutchinson Auto Mall and I would encourage any person to go there for their vehicle needs. I will also be getting my new vehicle there too.
After 3 vehicles and 9 years it is a pleasure to write this review about Crest and Dan Deutschendorf in service. I know he has ironclad integrity, but also demonstrates great tenacity in solving all situations. Once Dan takes control, I relax knowing that my vehicle will be serviced to Dan's exacting standards. I trust his judgement implicitly. The entire Crest Service team is always extremely thorough and professional. Anyone who complains about dealer service hasn't been to Crest. From the initial phone call to the last little detail. Jim Coleman Cadillac is in a class by itself. The staff is extremely prompt, courteous, thorough, patient, understanding, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They always seem to go above and beyond. I've tried to work with other dealerships and none come close to this one...even when purchasing remotely.
Purchasing was easy and not high pressure. Kim Knorr was great to worth with. I was able to leave and think about it overnight without the pressure. I???m very detailed and this allowed me to work it through in my head. The location is beautiful and my car is fantastic as well with a great warranty because it was certified Pre-Owned. Pleasantly surprised with Volvo as a brand honestly.
The sales manager and staff were cordial. I dislike car buying because it’s usually high pressure and high stress. At long, we discussed the car, agreed on price and proceeded through the purchase process. There was no haggling or pressure put o on by the dealership.
I purchased a used 2012 CTS in July and I must say it was one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. From Hank Landry in Sales to Brian and Andrew in Service they a truly a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, you will not go wrong. I thought the pricing was fair and the car was in outstanding condition, it was obvious that it had been completely serviced and ready to go.
