Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. I was looking for a 2022 Navigator and Driven Auto had the only one in a 300 mile radius for a competitive price. The pictures of the vehicle were excellent, so I requested more info and their salesman Basil got back with me. He was extremely helpful and even checked to see if I could reserve the vehicle since I was out of state and it was Saturday and couldn't get into the dealership until Monday. I scheduled a trip to the dealership and let Basil know. When I got to the dealership, the car was washed and ready for me. The detailing was top notch. Basil was helpful and not pushy at all. He answered any and all questions and worked with my bank to get the purchase finalized. When the paperwork was signed, they didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra things. I really appreciated that. Overall it was very pleasant experience and everything went smoothly. The price was very competitive across 3 states, and Basil was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. I saw several reviews complain that Driven Auto didn't hold a car and sold it before they got there, so yes it really is first come first serve, but to me that is completely understandable and was communicated very clearly to me. 5 out of 5 would buy there again.

The XT5 was well maintained, inside and out. The ride is smooth. Up-to-date technology. I rode 324 mile road trip was with no problems. My family was impressed with the ride, interior and technology.

I have had this 2019 Cadillac xt4 for 6 years… during the 4th year someone hit me… the 5 years someone hit me… then I started having issues… I argued with the people at Larson Cadillac about my warranty and the didn’t one to honor it because I had 1 oil change somewhere else besides Cadillac… but I put my attorney on them and got my warranty granted…now it been about 8 months later now my check engine light is back on saying engine speed reduced… so I don’t know what’s the problem…

Absolutely love this SUV. beautiful in every way. after 88k miles there are only 2 negative things i can possibly say 1) the auto-braking feature while backing up will give you whiplash if somebody walks the vehicle but its a good thing just very violent. 2) she is the biggest thing on the road that you dont need a special license for which makes my wife terrified to drive it. she has definitely become a passenger princess in it which i kinda dont mind because i get to enjoy the joy of driving it all to myself.
