The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

The website was accurate and the employees were helpful. I found exactly what I was looking for.

We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. This experience was a revelation. Every member of the sales team was professional yet approachable. They found the right vehicle and made every step easy and understandable. Our salesman Charles had knowledge and charisma. There was never pressure. He just presented us with facts and let the product sell itself. I sat and watched all the YouTube Videos I could find on the Lyriq. I decided on the 2024 Lyriq Luxury 2 because of the select features that It came with or I could add to the vehicle. With a personal check to place an order, I went to my favorite Dealership " Plaza Cadilac in Leesburg, FL. When I arrived to place my order I could see several Lyriq's lined up. The one main Item that I wanted was the 19.2 on-board charging system rather than the 11.5 system. My salesman scoured their inventory and found one with the equipment I wanted but not the color. He found a 2024 Lyriq Luxury 3 with a 19.2 charging system and a whole lot more. One of the main items this time around was the all-glass roof with the power shade. They brought up an all-white vehicle with a beautiful real leather interior and all the bells & whistles that Cadillac is known for. The car is a stunning showpiece in gleaming white paint and just enough chrome to make it stand out without being gaudy. A Vehicle that folks stop and look at in the Church parking lot, The Post Office, or the Grocery Store. At night the vehicle lights up the way around it as it glides along. When you see it, you know it's a Cadillac lyric.

If my credit was on point I would've been driving my dream car. The K900 is a sleeper for those who do not know. But they did try to help.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

I traded my 2019 Acura MDX for a 2020 Cadillac XT6, so far my wife, my family and my kids, were very impressed with the comfortable seats and overall spacing. The trunk space, while using the 3rd row seating disappeared, you only have room for 2 carrying on luggages. I like that the outside noise disappears when all the windows are closed. The Bose system is excellent, the touch up screen is great. The heated steering is nice, and so are the heated seats. The panoramic glass above our heads, everyone enjoyed. The ride is very comfortable. The engine responds very well, especially when you step on the Accelerator, and has excellent system breaking. I only had this Suv for two days, drove it from the car lot. Paid $58.00 for wheel balancing after i drove it home though, also the back tires air were low. That would explain, why my back seats were swinging from side to side. Hopefully, my dealership can reimburse me........lol. So far, so good. My first experience driving a Cadillac.

I've had this car for over 2 years. I believe it was one of the first manufactured. After initial problems (left rear door and right front door had to be realigned) the car has been great! Seats are comfortable (just wish they had a thigh bolster), quiet, handles great, great acceleration, excellent Bose sound system, great nav system. When my lease is up I plan on getting another one.

Nail in tire, so service need was unexpected and was greatly appreciative of the expediency and service level on short notice.

I found a really nice car. I was on the fence. I was taken out 4 a second test drive. Everyone was polite. I purchased the vehicle. We had a few hiccups, AK took care of them. I live in MD. It didnt pass inspection here due to the car having modifications. I have notified Prime. I am waiting to see how this plays out.

I had a new 2011 CTS coupe back in 2011. Loved the car and always regretted not keeping it. Recently bought a super low mileage 2014 and still think it is probably the best all-around car I've ever had. That includes Mercedes and Porsches. Terrific combination of ride and handling. Are there better handling cars? Of course, but they ride like a truck. The super smooth and quiet 318 HP V6 moves the car very impressively. The fit and finish in the interior is as good as it gets. I read a previous post where an owner was complaining about differential failure and that the diff had been discontinued. I think he is probably misinformed. A manufacturer cannot discontinue a key component like a differential only a year or two after supplying it in a vehicle. Federal law mandates that replacement parts have to be available for ten years after being used in a new car.

I love the Cadillac CTS even with its mechanical quirks and relative unreliability. I have to bring it in here and there for little broken things, but the car is absolutely amazing all around. It has a comfortable ride, really amazing stereo system, its very fast, handles like a BMW, has a beautiful exhaust note (3.6) and it’s biggest quality is just how stunningly beautiful the styling is.

Best prices, drove from PA to get our lexus, happy with the car we paid in full took 10 minutes to wrap up the deal

Great vehicle loved it all 10 yrs I owned it however this specific vehicle in port Huron at Cawood Honda is garbage. Good deal if there wasn't over $2000 in repairs needed to drive it off the lot. Being a mechanic I suggest not buying it.
