Bought this car with 68k miles. First time I owned a Cadillac. Flaws.all window regulators will go out weather you use them or not. The cruise control button keeps getting hit, so the light goes on. Someone stated that the head gasket issue was corrected in 2004. Now I have 96,500 miles. The drivers side door keeps swinging back to my leg. The quality of the interior is poor. Need more headroom. Motor mounts go out. A.c. blower motor went out.
The good. Great design. Powerful North star engine. Comfortable and smooth ride. This car now runs like brand new. So just check all fluids. 19 mpg. Someone else paid $50,000 for this car. I paid $3,000 in Jan 2017. It had 68,000 miles. Love this car. Bought an extended warranty. Get a lot of compliments on this car.
Lot doesn't offer pickup service to prospective buyers but did bring car inside to view during heat wave temps. Salesperson was nice but didn't give any info or pitch the car. When we decided not to purchase the car, she didn't recommend any others, so we left. Low stress experience but not very helpful. Showroom was too ridiculous. Probably the reason that cars are overpriced here.
So far, so good

I bought an off-lease 2017 with 36k miles. I've driven it for a couple of months and love it so far. The auto stop/start takes a little getting used to, and if I'm going through a drive thru I sometimes pull it down into Manual just so it doesn't stop and start so many times.
The exterior styling turns heads, and the interior is very luxurious and comfortable. It's a true pleasure to drive, and the automatic braking has already prevented a possible collision in a parking lot. The lane keep assist is also a great feature, especially if you are someone who gets sleepy driving.
I received prompt, courteous service! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my GMC Yukon Denali!!

Not a lot of leg room in second and third rows; needs hi-test gasoline; was told this as I was handed the keys; was shocked because my other Escalade did not require hi-test; the rear door does not open or close properly; thought I was buying a demo car; after purchase it was called a used car, which means you do not get full five-year warranties; pretty shoddy presentation
Was treated like a person instead of a number. The people at the service area knew that my car was not just another car and could tell that my car was very important to me. I really appreciated that. The people in the pay area also took the time to make sure everything was correct with the bill.

our 3rd Cadillac sedan, this one is the best. Well styled, extremely comfortable, handles great. Traded a BMW for the CT6. Don!t stop producing this great vehicle.
