I recently bought a vehicle with Nissan of Opelousas and their staff was second to none. The whole process was a breeze and they made me feel very comfortable making this big purchase. I plan on doing more business with them in the future.
Center CUE system doesn't work

My ex-wife and I own one as well as another person I met at a gas station while pumping gas asked me if my CUE system worked. All three of us have the same problem. This model should be recalled as I understand that the mechanic at a Cadillac dealer said that is a real problem that costs $1200.00 to repair. How long will Cadillac allow this defect to go on without fixing it. I go out of my way when asked by people that I meet how I like the car. I have taken it to a local Cadillac dealer and they as well says that it is a major problem. Cadillac has an undercurrent of very unhappy car owners sharing their opinion of the problem with all interested party"s. Not good publicity.
We want to thank Mr. Matt Miller for his outstanding service. He helped us select the perfect vehicle for our needs at a great price. The entire staff at Service Chevrolet are truly professional and caring. Our only regret is the we did not go to Service Chevrolet Cadillac five years ago. Service Chevrolet Cadillac is the best dealership around!

I bought an off-lease 2017 with 36k miles. I've driven it for a couple of months and love it so far. The auto stop/start takes a little getting used to, and if I'm going through a drive thru I sometimes pull it down into Manual just so it doesn't stop and start so many times.
The exterior styling turns heads, and the interior is very luxurious and comfortable. It's a true pleasure to drive, and the automatic braking has already prevented a possible collision in a parking lot. The lane keep assist is also a great feature, especially if you are someone who gets sleepy driving.

Not a lot of leg room in second and third rows; needs hi-test gasoline; was told this as I was handed the keys; was shocked because my other Escalade did not require hi-test; the rear door does not open or close properly; thought I was buying a demo car; after purchase it was called a used car, which means you do not get full five-year warranties; pretty shoddy presentation
I purchased a new chevy 2500 last year from Brad Vice. Made a deal I was satisfied with when no other dealer or salesman could. He was courteous, understanding, prompt, and most importantly did not pressure me at all! Fast forward to this week. My wife wanted to get back into a pickup truck. She was a loyal Toyota owner. Based on my experience with Brad she decided to give him a chance to work a price for her. He came through once again. He didn't give her a 'this is the best we can do' line then try to to give us a better deal when she wasn't satisfied with the original offer. She told him the truck she was interested in, everything she wanted on it and what she wanted to pay and he responded with an offer better than she expected. If you prefer to work with a salesman that will give you his best offer first and foremost then Brad Vice is the salesman that will do it for you.

My newly purchased 2014 SRX is the most luxurious vehicle that I've ever drove and owned. It far exceeded my expectations, even after researching other luxury crossovers and reading reviews on the SRX. Makes being stuck in traffic so much less stressful; at times, even pleasurable. Rides and handles like a dream too. Nothing but an exceptional vehicle with high praises in performance, looks, and comfort.
We purchased this vehicle the first of October from Master Cadillac in Aiken, SC. Adam Rodriguez was a salesperson. It was such a wonderful car buying experience. The Escalade drives like a dream. I would HIGHLY recommend the 2015 Escalade and would HIGHLY recommend Master Cadillac and Adam!
I own and SRX before and was much better than this XT5 I only have 13,000 miles and the transmission don’t work, the car sounds like a tractor and feels like you are driving a big truck, horrible experience and for the first time the dealer is not cooperating enough. I wish I keep my SRX instead of spending so much money on this horrible car.
The people at Acadiana Mazda were great. I got a fair quote on a new car and a good price on my trade-in without getting low-balled and having to waste time haggling. My salesman, Stephen, was very friendly and straightforward and a joy to deal with.

This car drives well, feels good, and is inexpensive to own. It services like a Chevy, Uses Regular Gas, I am not worried about driving it through the car wash. The Trunk is enormous and the back seats fold down for even more space.
Chase Prejean was a great salesman to deal with. He wasn't pushy and was very knowledgeable. I felt overwhelmed with all of the features in my Audi, but Chase took over an hour to explain every detail about my car & answer all of my questions. Since my salesman provided me with excellent service, I have no doubt that I will also be pleased when I have to bring my car in to be serviced at Audi Lafayette.
