THIS IS THE FIRST CAR IN 15 YEARS THAT I HAVE KEPT MORE THAN 2 YEARS. IT HAS STYLE AND CLASS NOT TO MENTION SPEED, YES I HAVE THE PERFORMANCE AN I LOVE IT.
So happy I stopped by the dealership. I was so stressed out, hunting for a new car and even with terrible credit they helped me find a car. All the cars at the lot are nice and clean and priced well. I am so thankful to have something reliable for my son and not to mention how pretty it is! Thank you guys so much!

The car has been dependable though the ride is not as comfortable as I think it should be. Dealing with the dealership has not always been satisfactory.
We started the purchasing process for a new Subaru Outback via internet at Wheeling Subaru a few weeks ago. We finally made it to the dealership to wrap everything up. We received great service from the moment we stepped onto the lot. The buying experience was seamless with a great price on the Outback and a very good price for our trade-in. The facility is clean and comfortable which made the process all the more easier. Many thanks to Lacey, Bill, Tony and Frank for all of their help. This car is the last of the luxury over performance vehicles from Cadillac. That being said handling and performance are decent enough, but clearly lacking when compared to others in the same market segment. The main pros are a quiet cabin and ultra soft ride. Cons, down market interior appointments and a CUE system that can be downright frustrating at times. Overall a good proposition if you are looking for uncompromising space, a reasonable level of quality, and have an affinity for the Cadillac name plate.

Center CUE system doesn't work

My ex-wife and I own one as well as another person I met at a gas station while pumping gas asked me if my CUE system worked. All three of us have the same problem. This model should be recalled as I understand that the mechanic at a Cadillac dealer said that is a real problem that costs $1200.00 to repair. How long will Cadillac allow this defect to go on without fixing it. I go out of my way when asked by people that I meet how I like the car. I have taken it to a local Cadillac dealer and they as well says that it is a major problem. Cadillac has an undercurrent of very unhappy car owners sharing their opinion of the problem with all interested party"s. Not good publicity.
Great experience and no hassle. Easy transaction, friendly people all around.

I love this car! It is stylish, has great performance and drives so smooth! We recently took a long road-trip and had no issues with staying comfortable. Since this car is AWD, the gas mileage isn't the absolute best in the city, but it does well for the highway. The interior is nicely designed and I love the heated leather seats!
This car drives well, feels good, and is inexpensive to own. It services like a Chevy, Uses Regular Gas, I am not worried about driving it through the car wash. The Trunk is enormous and the back seats fold down for even more space.

This car, although a 2011, has been reliable and comfortable. Every time I have transported family, friends, or coworkers, they have always been a tiny bit impressed with the Cadillac name without me having to spend an arm and a leg. Repairs are expensive but few.
I have always been pleased with the Service Department at Bob Robinson Chevrolet. I have known Linda Reese (Assistant Service Manager) and Donnie Bowman (auto mechanic) since I purchased my 2003 Aztec. At that time, they both were part of the service team at the Welty dealership in town. Welty was then purchased by Bob Robinson and they wisely chose to retain both Linda and Donnie in their dealership. When it came time to buy a new
car, I followed Linda and Donnie to the new dealership. I am a proud owner of a 2011 Chevy Equinox. My recent visit to the service department was to correct a problem I had with my steering wheel. I had just brought my car in for a 5000 mile oïl change and tire rotation. When it was done, I drove home and noticed a shimmy in the steering wheel.
Donnie rotated and balanced all four tires but the shimmy still persisted. Sean Crow (Service Manager) decided to remove the tires from a new car and put them on my car. That way, we found out there was nothing wrong with the car itself. Donnie then tried using a special machine that perfectly aligned the "sweet spots" of both the rim and the tire on all four wheels. That was the solution! It took a lot of work and patience on the part of Linda, Donnie, and Sean to solve the problem. (It took three different visits to the service department!) In the end, it was no cost to me. That is why I will purchase my next new car
at Bob Robinson Chevrolet. This is a true commettent to both a vehicle and a service department. I might add that, eventually, I will be replacing my current Equinox with a new
one. I have never repeated car models before. That should tell you something!

This car does meet all of my needs! It is an excellent performer and also handles exceptionally well. The driver and passenger comfort are both exceptional. It is an excellent road car that also works well in a crowded urban environment. All things considered, a far better value that any of the European or Asian competition.
Steve really cares about all your needs and wants when buying a vehicle. I couldnt be happier with the way he handled everything. If I'm ever in the market for another, he'll be the only one I'll go to!

I bought an off-lease 2017 with 36k miles. I've driven it for a couple of months and love it so far. The auto stop/start takes a little getting used to, and if I'm going through a drive thru I sometimes pull it down into Manual just so it doesn't stop and start so many times.
The exterior styling turns heads, and the interior is very luxurious and comfortable. It's a true pleasure to drive, and the automatic braking has already prevented a possible collision in a parking lot. The lane keep assist is also a great feature, especially if you are someone who gets sleepy driving.
